   First class experience with My Dentist in Redditch. All staff are a pleasure to deal with. Dr Godhania excells in her dental practice and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. I would go so far has to say the best dentist I have ever had in my 60 years of dental treatment and experiences.

   Joined this dentist in Feb 2025 for a checkup and fix a few problems well the experience I had was bad from start to o yea its not finished keep telling me come back in 3 months amd we get it done for you so I go back no come back In another 3 months I can see why she didn't actually know what they were doing so I made the decision to leave and go elsewhere which within a week seen and sorted so this is not a dont go here it is simply if you want to keep going back for no reason to be told come back in a few months and have someone that doesn't know what they doing then carry on but my opinion i moved and got sorted in a week thats how quick it should of been avoid if you dont have patience

   I had wanted a straighter smile for a long time. At my senior age I was unsure if it was possible. However, I spoke to Lydia at 'My dentist'. She talked through my options and we agreed on 6 front upper composite veneers. After preparation with impressions and a course of whitening treatment to ensure a good colour match. Lydia completed my treatment and persevered until I was totally happy. I am delighted with my new smile. Lydia is a skilled professional who has exceeded my expectations with my end result.    Trying to cancel appointment and took 35 minutes to get through to reception. Absolutely terrible and if you just don’t turn up for your appointment I expect they charge you the next time you attend. I was caller five so it took them 35 minutes to deal with the four callers before me. Disgraceful

   Just had an appointment today & wish I never did. Luisa spoke to me and greeted nicely however the moment I mentioned getting my teeth done in Turkey she totally changed her attitude towards me and began being rude with angry hand gestures and had a rant at me just because I couldn't keep the xray tool in my mouth first time and second as I was struggling to control my lips and teeth getting the timing right. On the third occasion I managed to loosen the lips and bite down on the xray tool but she was so rude making hand gestures and talking angrily in the process. She must have been born to do things right first time around and thinks everyone should be the same I guess. Anyways I only needed a sharp tooth filed a little as it was catching the inside of my tongue and she said it was fine to get the filling done. My reply was I filed it down with a nail cutter and it done the job for months but it's very sharp now and am struggling to eat as my tongue is swollen to which she got angry and said I talk too much blah blah blah to my shock I just could not believe her body language and her attitude became so discriminatory towards me ever since I mentioned Turkey. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life and will definitely not be going back there and also I asked the receptionist named magdalena that I would like to speak to the management in private to discuss Luisa's discriminatory actions towards me and instead of calling them she disappeared most likely to her colleague upstairs and i waited 5 minutes still not back so I told the 2nd receptionist who was an absolute angel what had happened and bless her she felt my pain and sadness instantly and she was an awesome human being unlike the other rude arrogant individuals mentioned earlier so from being nearly in tears and rattled I walked away less upset as I had a chance to get it out of my system and she listened and felt my sorrows so thanks to her I walked off swiftly out of there.. Advise to Luisa learn how to talk with respect if not DO NOT DISCRIMINATE what goes around comes back sooner or later so don't be a hater..
