   Paid for an engine and fitting, took my car too them and recieved a phone call to say it was ready. I paid for it to be collected only to receive a phone call when the driver was nearly there saying it's not running quite right. The driver was told they'd not had it running. Due to paying £300 for this I decided to just get it brought back to me and id look my self. Found multiple issues. Cam shafts were out of time by 4 teeth, this was the main cause of it not running. So it would have never ran. ECU connector locking clip missing. 5 different lots of broken wires twist and taped back together. I've then been working to sort the boosting issues. I asked if they'd been in the sump as there was silicone all around it and denied it. I Carried out multiple tests and couldn't find the cause, they gave me a partial refund which to pay VW to look at it which is the only reason I gave a 2* and not a 1*, they foumd the oil/vacuum pump 2 we're damaged and one was snapped, which caused a poor vacuum. All these faults fixed and it still starts poorly, they suspect it as slightly damaged valves caused by the timing issue. The engine is also using a lot of coolant. On further inspection I found the the Aircon pump cradle had the bottom snapped off. Which going with the sump being re sealed and pump issues I'd have to assume theyve dropped the engine and it's caused damage to the sump cradle and pump. Would 100% avoid as they clearly don't have a clue what they're doing and take 0 care. Stuck now with a car needing even more work done to get running right. It has been an absolute head ache and I'm sick of looking at it.

   Went there today picked up two doors for golf estate hour drive there and the guy said these are doors noticed damage on passenger side door but the guy didn't mention damage on driver door got back and realized the damage and then understood why he said he not giving guarantee for anything after I loaded the doors into the car, be careful from these guys in future don't trust them just because they Pakistani same as me I trusted them

   I bought an alternator from here for my friend's car and waited 45 minutes for this part only to find out its still on a car so waited and still ended up giving me the wrong part, so tried to return back on same day with my friend but they was closed, my mate then tried returning it back and was told by the owner its broke and wouldn't refund money,so my friend ended up leaving it there and said its between him n god

   Very polite young man answered the phone. I explained what I needed gave registration of vehicle needing the part and very quickly located whst I needed. As being unsure whether it was correct or not he offered to send me the photo of part via WhatsApp and immediately said yes it was the part. He gave directions and wentbto collect the part. Saw 2 young gentlemen who were lovely. Will certainly go back.
