   I just had the fractional CO2 laser at Revive Skin Clinic, and I’m loving the results! The staff was super chill and explained everything really well. The treatment was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing crazy, and they made sure I was good the whole time. My skin looks so much smoother, tighter, and brighter. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth are way less noticeable. I'm really happy with how it's turned out so far, and I keep seeing improvements! Definitely recommend Revive if you’re thinking about the CO2 laser.

   Review for Revive Clinic, Manchester ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I had an absolutely shocking experience when trying to attend my appointment at Revive Clinic, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I had a 1 PM appointment and arrived early, expecting to wait comfortably in the reception area like any normal client. Instead, I was met with hostility and humiliation from the moment I walked in. The woman at the front desk, who claimed to be the building manager, immediately told me I had to leave and come back later, even though I was only 30 minutes early. When I politely asked if I could wait in the reception area, which had plenty of available seating, she aggressively refused and told me “you cannot stay here.” There was absolutely no reason for this especially since someone else was already sitting there without an issue! When I questioned why I was being singled out and treated this way, her attitude became even worse. She made me feel completely unwelcome, acted like I had no right to be in the building at all, and even went as far as threatening to call the police just because I wanted to wait inside for my appointment. I was stunned by the level of hostility. Instead of de-escalating the situation or offering a reasonable explanation, she continued to intimidate me. A practitioner from Revive eventually came downstairs and told me he would be with me in 10–15 minutes. At this point, I thought common sense had prevailed, but the building manager then insisted again that I needed to leave. Despite me clearly having an appointment and the practitioner being fine with me waiting, she continued to push the issue. The practitioner then completely caved to her demands and canceled my appointment on the spot. No apology, no effort to accommodate me just a sudden cancellation, leaving me completely humiliated. This entire ordeal was completely unnecessary, demeaning, and deeply upsetting. The way I was treated by both the building staff and Revive Clinic was heartless and completely lacking in professionalism. If you value respect, patient care, and basic human decency, do not go to Revive Clinic. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer, and the clinic staff did nothing to stand up for me or ensure I received the care I had booked. £350 down the drain to them there loss, all because they let a power-hungry building manager dictate whether or not I could be seen. Disgraceful.

   Very Unprofessional.. had booked 1 week in advance, also reconfirmed same day BUT 1 hr before was informed by Naz he will be out station and clinc will be closed for 2 weeks.. BUT he is accepting other bookings and calls.
