   Very badly run, I’m not sure how the place survives! Tried this place for first time Botox and the first appointment was fine. When I booked again a few months later I received a call from Chloe just before the appointment to say that she’s only just seen the appointment in the diary and could I come an hour later. Although not particularly convenient for me as I was already in town, I agreed. I then received a text just as I parked up near the clinic to say she was just finishing breakfast with her partner in a nearby cafe and would be there soon! As they were parked on double yellows outside the clinic the appointment was very rushed. Stupidly on my part I booked a third time a few months later to arrive to the salon closed. I called and text and got no response. I could see that Chloe had read my text a few hours later but made no attempt to contact me back. Very poor customer service here, there’s plenty of other salons with professional standards, avoid this place.

   I have been a customer at ifaces for over 5 years Chloe is amazing professional at all times, she goes above and beyond in term of fitting me in for appointment advising me on different treatments fully takes me thru my after care do’s and don’t! The saloon is absolutely stunning and to the highest standard as is everything there including all the staff, so thank you Chloe heres to many more years off keeping me looking young xx

   A true professional within this industry in every aspect. Clean clinical environment, a specific eye for detail and takes time and huge understanding in any procedures taken out. I have been specifically having lip filer from iFace for 6 years now, people still comment on my natural shape after achieving a natural look still after all these years. Also had other treatments & wouldn't trust anybody else or recommend enough. 5*.
