   somebody did my filling wrong 2years ago because they placed right on the tippity top of my nerve. Now i am having to get a root canal done. Dr kayhan was really good to be honest

   While the staff are very polite, the service was very poor. I had been referred back and forth to another dentist and it has took years for my process of getting braces to even somewhat start. Constantly were told contradicting information, being told multiple times over the phone that they had my records and everything they needed ready for my teeth extractions (they even communicated what was on the records over the phone and so they definitely had them as they were reading out the correct information), yet when we got there for my appointment to have my teeth out, we were told they didn't have any of the records and so couldn't do the procedure. Wait times were also ridiculous each appointment had taken around 45 minutes sometimes longer.

   Today I have had a filling done by Dr Khayam Rasool and his assistant Louise. The whole experience has been great, I was made to feel at ease and they were both very gentle, I can honestly say I never felt a thing, completely pain free. My filling was done on one of my lower back teeth, looks and feels lovely, very smooth and a good bite. I would highly recommend.

   I cannot recommend this practice enough. I was given an emergency appointment on the 20th December for a nasty dental abscess after being turned away from multiple practices due to it being close to Christmas. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist following previous experiences but Dr Rasool was fantastic. Upon entering the room he immediately sensed my unease, and anxiety, and set about allaying my fears in a very calming manner. I was beyond grateful for this. My abscess was addressed, treatment given, and I subsequently registered as a full time patient. From my understanding the practice has been taken over by a new dentist in recent years, and any older negative reviews should be disregarded in light of this. The practice itself was spotlessly clean, with a calming atmosphere. There is plenty of seating space in the waiting areas, and has consultation rooms upstairs and downstairs, making it easily accessible to all. Reception staff, and Dental Nurses were all welcoming, friendly, and approachable You couldn’t ask for better in my opinion. Unfortunately I did have to cancel my follow up appointment due to a stomach bug, which I felt awful doing. However, I was spoken to with kindness, and understanding on the telephone, and my appointment was rearranged swiftly with the new one being just a week away. So if you’re looking for a compassionate, friendly, and approachable dental practice that you don’t have to wait months to see. Then I highly recommend that you opt for this one.

   Absolutely fantastic dental practice!! As a patient that is not very good with dentist nor keeping up with appointments for this reason. Since attending this dental practice I have kept up with my appointments and been put at ease every time I have been, They are super helpful from the receptionist right the way through to my dentist, A BIG credit to DR KHAYAM RASOOL and LOUISE These two make a fantastic team, discuse everything with me and continue to put me at ease throughout any works, Thank you very much to them, See you soon for my checkup

   Having just come to the end of a super complex Invisalign treatment, I just wanted to sing the praises of Dr Chaggar and his team. I've probably visited this place 20 times in the last 12 months and they always make it such a joy. My treatment was tough, but the end results are amazing and I couldn't be happier. Definately recommend this place to anyone :)

   I have anxiety which I am on medication for and going to the dentist is a high anxiety situation for me. After a very poor previous experience I had not been for 2 years, and had a tooth that had been causing me pain for at least a year. I went yesterday for it to be removed, after having gone for 2 previous appointments to discuss it. I told the dentist I was anxious and he was absolutely lovely to me, really kind and patient which made a huge difference to me. He explained what he was doing, and was extremely calm in his approach, I am so grateful to him for his kindness. The tooth was removed, there was no pain and it was not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. I am in no pain at all today, and feel so much better about having to go for my next appointment. Highly recommend, fabulous dentist.

   I've been coming here to see Dr Chaggar for a while now and i cannot put in to words how much of a good dentist he is! I've decided to have Invisalign and was sceptical at first because of how quick the results would be, but Dr Chaggar explained the process so well and showed so many case studies, it was a no brainer and couldn't wait to start my smile journey. I cannot recommend a better dentist! 10/10

   Dr Chugger, what a man! I am very nervous about going to the dentist for a check up, let alone any treatment. But he was so calming, explained everything and let me know step by step what he was going to do. Made me feel at ease at all times and done a fantastic job on my tooth which was causing me a lot a grief for a long time. Highyl recommended, reception staff also very nice and helpful!
