   I’ve had an excellent treatment experience at BPI dental by Dr Sukhdev Singh and his nurse Julia after my dentist referred me for a root canal. The treatment went brilliantly and I’ve had no pain/ swelling and good healing. All staff from reception/ admin to the clinical team have been helpful, professional, kind and skilled.    I have recently completed cosmetic work with Dr Zeeshan Chawdhri including whitening, composites and veneers and I can highly recommend him and his craft. Throughout the whole process I felt looked after (even propping my nerve-damaged arm up with a pillow for extra comfort in the chair on long appointments), listened to and informed about the process from start to finish. He is very calm and kind which puts you at ease during appointments. I am very happy with my results – Thankyou!

   My treatment was a fairly long process. I had to have two teeth crowned and one repaired proceeded by two root canals. To give you an idea of how good these guys are Dr Sukhdev Singh did my double root canal and is so good I fell asleep while he was doing them. Then Dr Zeeshan Chawdhri did the work to complete my teeth and give me a proper smile after nearly a decade. This man is a wizard! I chose to have whitening done so that I had a brighter base white color so I would be less likely to have a colour mismatch should I ever use a strong whitening toothpaste in the future. BPI take a holistic approach to dentistry that is second to none. I can say that with absolute confidence that this is the best dentist I have ever visited and I think the results to speak for themselves. Chose BPI and you will not be disappointed!

   I had deep cleaning for gum disease with Dr Dufty. I have a massive fear of the dentist and was terrified about what to expect during treatment. When I got into the treatment room, he was very reassuring and calming from the start, he took my fear seriously and didn’t make me feel bad or silly about being scared! He told me that at any point during the procedure if I wanted a break to raise my hand they they would stop and I could have a breather. He was constantly reassuring me throughout he treatment, the few times I raised my hand him and the dental nurse stopped and removed the equipment immediately to allow me to have a break and only continued when I was ready. Over all the treatment wasn’t anywhere as scary as I had been imagining and was actually a positive experience. I am now feeling more positive and confident about going back next week for my other side to be done! So far so good and I would 100% recommend bpi.

   My first visit to this dental practice and I have been thoroughly impressed with all aspects of service. From the minute I entered the front door, I received a warm welcome from Bal who was polite, welcoming and made a reference to the phone call we’d had earlier in the day. I felt valued. Two dental nurses were wonderful with my x-ray, I had to remove my jewellery, when I couldn’t put my earrings back in (without a mirror) , one of the ladies brought a mirror in after my consultation, she that I could. This was without prompting ( I was going to just shove them in my pocket!) and showed care and consideration. My dentist was Jim. He was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and was reassuring at every stage. I came away feeling positive and confident for the planned treatments ahead. Thank you all.
