The online registration was easy. My GP ran some tests and finally got the treatment I needed. It’s clean and staff is friendly. They have a self check-in system that is functional. It’s just a few yards from my house. I couldn’t ask for a better GP

I’ve been at northenden group practice all my 30 years, my parents have been at northenden group practice for 60+ years , my grandparents on both sides was at northenden group practice and If I could leave 0 stars I would due to reception. I very rarely have to go to the doctors but from 2023 when my 6 year old daughter became very ill and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes I’ve had to deal with mistake after mistake in every prescription. The slack attitude from the staff in reception makes caring for my child with a chronic illness 10x harder and I can not imagine how they talk and treat elderly patients if they are so careless and unprofessional with me regarding my 8 year old. The same issues are tedious and frustrating. Please get some training on professional people skills and simply knowing how to do your job so this doesn’t happen all throughout my child’s life.

Wanted to see a lady Doctor l saw Dr Williams she is the most outstanding amazing Doctor l think l have ever met in all my life . She is so caring so understanding so professional so patient . Dr Williams explained everything to me so that l understood. Then asked if l had any questions queries or concerns . I came out of my appointment feeling a whole lot better than before l went in . I would just like to say a massive thank you to Dr Williams. I do hope you stay here for ever. I wish their were more Doctors like Dr Williams in this world Thank you x

This isn’t my usual GP, I went to get toe nail surgery at this GP. The doctors and nurse were so lovely! They made me feel at ease and supported me through the whole process and was very informative about the process and aftercare. Receptionist was great quickly getting me seen and booking my appointment for me! Couldn’t have had a better experience here!

My family have used this doctor's for over 50 years and I have absolutely nothing good to say about it now. You are expected to sit in a queue to see a doctor which 9 out of 10 times you get told there are no appointments. This is also difficult to do when you have a job. I tried to book one on line but couldn't and was told it wasn't working. I feel they just don't care and they cause patients more stress which makes them feel more ill. Disgraceful!!!!!!

If I could I will give 0. Ridiculous place, first you can’t make appointment because the line is always off. When I finally manage to make one turns out that I am not longer at this GP and my appointment was cancelled. The appointment was for blood test requested by doctor. Now I left without GP and unable to make a blood test. No one even inform me about that. Same situation with my partner who will possibly not even know that is no longer with that GP if not my cancelled appointment. Waste of time, I was advice to register once again with them. Formal complaint will be issued. No thank you, avoid this place, very unprofessional.

It can take forever to get through on the phone first thing in the morning, but the receptionists aren't to blame for that when they've got tens of people trying to get through at the same time. If I've ever had a query about something, the receptionists have been helpful and informative. However, trying to book a routine appointment is just a pain and I don't think I ever successfully did.

If I could give 0 stars then I would My ten year old son is in hospital ill and it could of been prevented if someone took his temperature instead they saw that my son was Ill and still rejected his appointment they did not ask how he was feeling, check his rash which the doctor says could of bin meningitis which is serious for children the receptionist needs more communication skills and to priorities children when children are involved and the old lady on reception needs to be sacked as she racial profiles people and is abusive to only certain races. Nicola Powell has been emailed and so will the ombudsman if this is not delt with professionally. My sons dad passed away a few years ago so waking up to a rash, all over scared me and to not get an appointment because staff would rather argue and be rude is just a joke. funny thing is the doctor at the hospital said this is serious to reject a child in front of you who looked as Ill as my son regardless of parents they should of checked him 10 years old they should be shut down

The worst Docters surgery I have ever dealt with. Impossible to make an appointment. Waited on the phone for more than an hour and a half this morning to be told to call back tomorrow (regular theme not a one off). Very very poorly managed.

Quite possibly the WORST surgery going. Failed call back 3 times. Call at 8am on the dot, get through 45 mins later for all appointments to be gone. Sometimes I've waited 2hrs. They've suspended all their online stuff. NIGHTMARE practice. The practice manager should be fired. They have totally made themselves inaccessible to patients. Last Dr I spoke to was SOO rude. I get they are under immense pressure and stress, but that's the govt fault, not that of the patient who are now suffering.
