Had my MRI scan today in the mobile unit. Everything was well organised, the atmosphere was calm and reassuring, and the staff were very polite and professional. Made the whole experience straightforward and comfortable. Thank you.

Avoid this place at all costs. Had ENT procedure 4-5 weeks ago, after initial correspondence everything read fine, appointment organised promptly. The consultant who then carried out the procedure was appalling. No communication just the odd grunt and raising of the eyebrows when I asked a question regarding treatment. The procedure failed miserably I then called my GP regarding the issue. He was particularly unhappy and told me to complain to Beacon Medical who then rearranged another appointment for me to attend using a different surgeon. The appointment was for today 4pm,at 2.45 I received a call informing me that my appointment had to be cancelled as surgeon hadn’t turned up and they “didn’t know where he was “?! I declined the chance to make another appointment as I can’t be sure they will honour it. As a self-employed person I have already lost 2 days earnings and I am considering legal action over loss of earnings and negligence in the first instance. Shocking service avoid at all costs.

Had endoscopy with sedation however procedure was started as sedation was being given. So no time for it to take effect, the pain I felt was excruciating. I have had this procedure before and never felt pain like I had here. Procedure was not completed due to the pain. At a regular hospital sedation is given and they give it time to take effect. Furthermore after sedation you have to wait an hour before being allowed to leave. I was out of there within ten minutes of getting off the bed no drink offered or anything it was like they just wanted you out. I am having terrible stomach pains I rang them when I got home but no one answered I left a message for someone to call me still not had a response. The nurse checking me in was lovely and nurse giving sedation was also nice did not see them again. But I will report this to my doctor as I will never go here again.

I had my appointment with one of the ENT specialists. He was very rude and tried to tease me when I asked questions with a laugh. He was trying to explaining things, however I did need to take bit more time to retains the information as I have just finished my night shift before I reach there. The doctor has no patience to listen and I could not grasp anything as I was so stressful. The receptionist was so nice and kind. I had to wait around 40 minutes after my appointment time.

My Mother just had a colonoscopy today at 10:00 am and can’t say enough about the care and passion she has seen at the medical centre. The booking team, reception, admission, recovery and the doctor were all amazing. Monic,Rachel, Chloe ,Beth, Alison and the doctor who I couldn’t get his name. My mother has difficulty walking and I am always helping her, I have been told I can’t go in with her but they have not let her need anything. Beth from admission with the nicest smile , gave my mom her arm to lean on, Alison from the recovery went beyond and above when she brought my mum down after she finished. Really can’t thank you enough.

Unfortunately 1* is the lowest I can give! Stay clear of this place! Was seen in January 2021 after suffering for months with postnatal drip breathing problems ect. Sent for a ct scan would be seen in 4/6 weeks 3months later I had the scan was told would be seen 2/3 weeks later 2months later went for results ENT sat me down and said all clear & discharge me! I was not happy! So told my go I wanted a second opinion had to wait 8months to be seen at spire hospital, had my appointment yesterday took one look at my scan and told me I had a severely deviated septum that needs surgery! Didn’t even look up my nose he didn’t need to! This place prolonged my suffering for an extra 8months because they’re lazy and dismissive! Surgery booked for 2months time with spire hospital :) go there it’s amazing!

DO NOT GO HERE. ENT specialist was absolutely unbelievably RUDE to me. Spoke forcefully, didn’t listen to what I had to tell him, and after doing a 2 minute check he says ‘nothing I can do, go back to the gp.’ And then literally stares at me until I leave. Actually cried after leaving as it was a serious issue needing fixing and I walked away after months of waiting for this appointment with nothing, aswell as an awful experience with this man. Should be struck off. NEVER again.

Was referred for ENT consult. Arrived early was seen before my allotted appointment time by both consultant and audiologist and then consultant again. Couldn't have wished for better service, extremely efficient and caring. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Added bonus - parking available.

Having had 2 pair of hearing aids in the past, I decided I did not want to pay £3000+ again and asked my gp to go NHS. My referral gave me two choices , I chose Beacon medical group. I was assessed within 2 weeks and fitted with new hearing aids a week later. As I said despite paying privately in the past I almost always had a level of irritation which never really went away and that was the biggest disincentive to wearing hearing aids ! The NHS audiologist was quite thorough and although only time will tell , my hearing aids were comfortable right from the start ! I would recommend the Beacon med. services and my audiologist to anyone .
