    They use a ticket system for the children's shoes. I waited a while for my number to be called, the guy called my number I raised my hand to show him it's me, he nodded his head and pressed the next number and went straight to the couple who was after me. I say around for another 5-10 minutes for someone else. When someone else was free, she asked for the number after mine and was about to serve them. I told her my number hadn't been served yet. The lady seemed annoyed as if she did not want to serve me, very unfriendly but managed to get shoes in the end. Shoe selection is good.
