Had issues with my car's DPF, so I ended up changing the unit myself and also refilled the DPF cleaner additive bag. Then I needed to find a garage to amend the diagnostics today to show the additive replenishment. Phoned in the morning and they agreed to do it before the end of the day. When I turned up to collect it, he said there was no charge as it had only taken him 10 minutes. Very impressed and happy.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND PETE at Fulford Autos - purchased a 2nd hand black vauxhall that required a new cambelt / timing belt - was recommended Fulford Autos by the manager at Kwik Fit (Grant) and never looked back. Fulford Autos were the best on.price and were nice to deal with (i rebooked the booking like 40 times and the owner Pete could not have been nicer) lovely garage, great on service and price THANK YOU AGAIN
My car was broken down on our way to Manchester and they kindly agreed the car to be towed even though their garage was full. Their earliest date available was 10 days after the breakdown but fortunately someone cancelled their appointment and my car was done within 24 hours of the breakdown! Excellent place and communication. Reasonable prices. Can't ask for more.
Used this garage for many years, first class service and you definitely know you have only paid for what is needed, not like the specific dealership of what car you drive!!!!

Used a couple of times, would now avoid if possible. Possibly the rudest woman I’ve spoke to at a garage, ever. Spoke to me like dirt when I simply asked for an engine management light to be diagnosed. Apparently you’re forced to get a service with them first or they will not diagnose and remove a clear issue. This garage also offer some questionable solutions that will NOT pass an MOT. Disgusting service, clearly cash grabbing. Genuine review, ignore the overly positive reviews, clearly fake.
Would avoid this garage at all costs. Moved to Fulford 3 years ago and used them on a regular basis with no issues, then all of a sudden last year I took my car in for the usual MOT and service, not only did they absolutely trash my alloys but they charged me so much more than the Peugeot dealership themselves to carry out the same work which is absolutely ridiculous?! When my partner rang them up about it they had no valid reason for doing so and didn’t even try and correct the situation. They lost a regular customer that day and I will never go back. Don’t trust them.
