   After an overnight stay at the Scotts Arms ( near Wetherby) we jumped into the car to head on a 270 mile drive - a rattle was evident - looked like the heat shield on DPF had worked loose - Land Lady of the Scotts Arms recommended Boston Spa Garage - a quick call and we were fitted in - within minutes of arriving car on ramp - shield removed to stop falling off - i will get fully repaired when i get home - refused any payment - no fuss and back on road with no rattle - what excellent old school service - thank you.

   Really pleased with the service I’ve had from this garage. I first went to them one morning when my car broke down on the way to work and they were so kind and helpful, fitting me in and getting my car fixed that same day. The ladies on reception were so kind and even offered to find a courtesy car so that I could still get to work. Because of this I went back to them for my MOT today and again they have been great and gotten my car fixed back to me the same day, which is really important for me to be able to get to work. I’ve booked in with them again for my service as I know my car will be in good hands. Thank you to all the team!

   I can’t say enough about this garage. I began using them about 2 years ago when my car was losing power and I had smoke coming from my exhaust so it was a bit of an emergency and the current garage I’d used for over 15 years were too busy to help me. Which was very disappointing so I rang these guys in the hope that they’d fit me in. I was told to take the car in immediately it needed work and wasn’t drivable so they kept the car till all the work was done and even gave me a lift home. I’ve used them ever since and they are so helpful. The ladies on reception are so lovely and reassuring. My car has been for its MOT today and again I can’t express what a great garage this is. I’ve never met the owner but his team are a credit to his business. I work in customer service too so I know how important it is to treat your customers well. Highly recommended!

   I've been using this garage for as long as I have lived in Boston Spa and every time they've been excellent. Good turnaround, professional team, reasonable prices and very trustworthy. I was in a bit of bother with my brakes today and they helped me out within minutes! Excellent service!

   I had a minor issue with some damaged trim on the underside of my car. They fitted me in at very short notice, put the car on a ramp, and assessed the problem. I was then given a couple of options regarding ways to proceed, one of which would have involved ordering parts and a largish bill. The other option was to make it good by way of an impromptu repair, effected immediately. The service could not have been better, and I will be heading back there in the future.

   An honest and reliable local garage. After arriving at work Christmas Eve, as an NHS worker, my car 'packed in' a swift and efficient collection within a couple of hours, courtesy car supplied and repair done within 2 weeks. Great service, definitely recommend.

   Fantastic service! I came in late in the day and the staff were happy to help do a temporary repair on my exhaust. I got booked in straight away for the next day and the work was finished by lunchtime. Nothing seemed too much trouble, I'll definitely use this garage again in the future.
