   Please do not use this garage they are not accredited by the Motor Ombudsman therefore when their repairs are faulty they will not help and know you cannot go to the Ombudsman. The receptionist is also very rude and inept. We had sent an email she denied receiving until I sent again with the original time stamp then there were no apologies that she had missed it and only annoyance on us for HER missing the email! We had a substantial repair costing £1500 at this garage, the same part needed replacing again 4 months later. We had another garage repair the fault, we have their report saying the part was faulty, yet Sherburn fully dismissed claim knowing full well they are not accredited. We will take them to court as their faulty repair cost another £2k. Please take this as a warning to only use garages that are accredited with the Motor Ombudsman, there is a reason this garage isn't.

   Can highly recommend- went in for having tyre alignment checked after bumping over a pothole. Garage checked and to my delight, found that all is ok - really appreciate the honesty and will use them again in the future. Might do just because of the very efficient receptionist.

   I took my Mercedes E class here for 4 wheel tracking. I found the staff very helpful and polite especially the reception staff. The work was carried out very swiftly and efficiently. The total cost of £90 I think was reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Well done and thank you.

   I was looking to have some number plates made, following working my way down DVLA authorised companies, with no luck, tried the Sherburn Rubber Co, Wow, yes yes yes. Plates made for lunch time and then fitted straight away by them. Great friendly service, great set up, very competitively priced. Would recommend and will use in the future.
