   Fixed broken aircon while I nipped onto town, all done in just over an hour. Clear explanation and the correct kit used for diagnostic and repair. Friendly and professional approach, will be taking car for MOT there. Quality garages are a mixed bag in Pontefract area, happy to recommend Richard and his team.

   I contacted cs autos because I’d finally bought my dream car and from asking around cs were the only garage that anyone said to me. I wanted a fresh set of eyes to look over some MOT advisories that it came with and to price up the work. Not only did they do this for me promptly they also gave the whole car a once over to make sure it was nice and safe to drive. The team have gone above and beyond for me I feel like a valued customer And I feel that due to this level of service my new car has found its place to be cared for. Thanks again.

   Broke down and needed a new clutch. My usual garage quoted me £300-400 but had a 2 month wait so got towed here instead. This garage knew I had limited options and charged £512 for the same work. They charged for 5hrs labour at £70p/hr yet called me 2hrs 57mins after opening to say it was done... They are the reason mechanics are among the most distrusted professions around. I definitely won't be using again.

   I would very much recommend these as they’re absolutely brilliant and sorted my electrical issues (typically being VW sensors and things) and my front drive assist and we’re honest and made things clear and no bulls#%t jargon and really looked after me. Richard, Kai we’re fantastic in sorting the mechanical and electrical side and keeping me informed and Christina was brilliant in sorting the clerical and financial side and getting money from my warranty company which is a task in itself so thank you so very much guys for really being 10 of of 10. Greatly appreciated.

   First time I have ever used this workshop and I was not disappointed. I had emissions problems that needed some specialist diagnostics. The workshop was very busy but managed to squeeze me in they found the fault and because I went to the dealer to collect the part needed only charged me for the diagnostic part of their work so a win for me. The manager Richard is a very pleasant straightforward type of a guy who does not try to pull the wool and the other guys appear to be friendly. The workshop is clean and tidy and appears well run and everything seems to be well organised. First time of use definitely not the last. Thank you for a job well done and going the extra mile for me.
