They came out that day took my ecu and bcm off my van with ease and 3 days later returned and fitted it back and brought my van back to life I am a key worker due to been part of environmental services so I was very impressed to find he fixed my van where others could not find the problem. Communication was great, came back to me quickly, arranged a suitable time and followed up with a message confirming he was still coming the night before. Although they had quoted to me their call out fee - after starting my car easily - they refused any payment. “Needed to have the tracking checked on my car, called Reg Greenwood’s and asked for an appointment, they said that if I got there in the next 10 minutes they could fit me in between jobs. I went straight over and the tracking did need adjustment. I was shown the electronic calibration readouts and they were explained to me. They checked the mechanical side was all ok before making any adjustments. Problem sorted. Probably less than 30 minutes between my initial call and being back on the road. Great service from great staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.”

I’ve gone in with a dryer heating element thermostat fault query expecting to have to buy a brand-new element for over 30 quid, but instead was shown a secret Hotpoint hack for resetting one of the thermostats and fixing the fault. “Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Fairways Service Station in Ackworth for being so brilliant. 3 months ago my car had been into JCT 600 Castleford for its service inspection (sadly due to the kia warranty I have to do this). JCT told me that my brakes were red on their checklist and needed to be done ASAP or fail the next MOT. They quoted me a silly price so I decided to visit the guys at fairways to get a more realistic quote (which was very fair). Bare in mind the car is less than 3 years old and my 8 year old car is still on its first set of brakes. The Guys at Fairways checked the brakes and found that the rear wear was minimal and the front wear was more than OK for MOT and should last based on a normal persons driving a year to 18 months. I recently lost my job and a big bill before Christmas would have been a tough pill to swallow. THANK YOU FAIRWAYS It is great to know that good honest businesses still exist and I would recommend them to anyone currently being bent over by certain (and i know they are not all the same) corrupt dealerships. Thank you for being honest and fair, you chose not to do unnecessary work and be Awesome. Thank you.”

“Just wanted to say how helpful Dave was at the White Cat Garage. I was on a job from Bedford and my van decided to start making a loud humming sound,and as I had a long journey back I was concerned I may well break down. On the off chance I pulled into the garage to see if a mechanic could have a quick look ,bit cheeky I know but i was worried I might not make it back. Well,thank the lord for David,he had no hesitation in having a look and quickly put my mind at rest confirming it was the power steering fluid being low. “COME HERE FIRST WHEN THE DPF LIGHT COMES ON!!!!!!! Highly recommend this place for sorting out your DPF properly first time round. I wasted a lot of money at other garages to “sort the DPF problem out” to find that it would only come back on again 4 months later. This place does the job and gets it professionally cleaned and a job done well and thorough. Richard was exceptional and found other problems on my car that other garages did not. He was very helpful and gives great advice on how to keep the DPF clear for the future. Will certainly come here from now on for full services on my car.
