   Booked in for MOT. I was told it failed due to emissions but they didn't know why. I was informed to take my car to a ford specialist. They didn't tell me about the advisory for a tyre either. Took it to a different garage for advice. They checked the failure paperwork and rechecked the emissions. They informed me it had failed due to being revved to high during the test. Ended up paying for another MOT but at least they were interested in helping the customer unlike kwik fit Pontefract. T

   I booked my car in for 3:30pm as on my display in the car kept saying tyre Malfunction. The guys were on it straight away and sorted the issue for me fixing 2 new sensors to my back wheels. I was highly delighted with the speed and care the guys did. Thank you.

   I was able to make the appointment within the timescales I needed, the team were really efficient, even though there were cars everywhere, and it only took 20 minutes or so to get the tyres changed.

   I booked my car in for an alignment check with the intention of diagnosing and correcting vibration at motorway speeds. Whilst booking my appointment, I gave the registration of the vehicle and Kwik Fit displayed the make and model on the booking portal (meaning they were well aware of the vehicle I was booking in). Upon arrival, I was told my car (Nissan navara, unmodified so standard height) was too tall for their facilities to accommodate and so was turned away. I then asked for at least a wheel balance to see if that could help my situation, but was told they were busy for the rest of the afternoon and would need to leave the car for several hours. Keep in mind that I actually had an appointment, so they were supposed to be “busy” dealing with me. Your mileage may vary, some people report a good experience, I ended up with a wasted trip and won’t be returning.

   Spot on! Rolled up on a Sunday with no appointment and the guys sorted my lads car without any quibbles. Good price on the tyres and gave the car the once over which was good because it gave us peace of mind being as we'd only just bought it! Well done and thank you!

   I booked a free tyre check which to be fair, was done earlier than the boking time and done quickly however when I was called about the car, a puncture repair had been carried out without my prior authorisation for the works. What would have happened if I didn't have the money to pay for it?? Never had a problem with the place before and I will likely use again but I was a bit surprised I wasn't consulted before work was done!
