   this place exceeded my expectations. went there cos my samsung galaxy note 20 stopped charging. went back after an hr and not only had they fixed the charging problem but another problem i had since i bought the phone. as well as seal my phone back up which was held together by rubber bands when i took it in. all at no extra cost. over the moon is an understatement. thank you very much, again.

   I took my phone for a new screen having taken it to someone else first. The previous person had put a new screen on but sad it was faulty and they would have to get me another, the screen was just black. I decided to go elsewhere and took it to The Phone Doctor when he took the screen off there was glue everywhere and it was in a bit of mess. He put me a new screen on but it still didn't work this was because the glue had got into the phone. The Phone Doctor cleaned all the inside and managed to get it working all at no extra cost. I can't thank him enough for making right someone else's problem and would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

   Replaced the damaged screen on my Galaxy S21 5g plus. This was carried out in less than one hour and given back to me in perfect working order. Before carrying out the repair, the Lady that works there was very friendly and made me aware of possible issues which, could result when dismantling the mobile. However, as stated, its was handed back to me in perfect working order. I would definitely recommend the Phone Doctor

   My Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite had been fully immersed in water and would not charge or turn on. The Phone Doctor were clear there could be no guarantees but quoted a competitive price for a check which included the return postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery and quickly told me what extra parts were required. The initial payment was not required until the phone had been received and the extra parts payment was not requested until the work was complete. Communication was excellent and I got my phone back & working in less than a week.
