Was doing a call round plumbers this morning, and they were the first to reply. Immediately said they could help this afternoon, really helpful and friendly. The 2 guys who turned up were fab, took about 30 minutes and it was all done. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
Jamie and his team came to have a look at our drainage as we were having trouble with sewage smells in the house. Identified the problem and even identified other problems that the people who had installed our bathrooms left us with. Didn't even charge for their time and advice. Jamie was called to our property for an emergency toilet blockage. He not only alleviated the blockage but also sourced the cause of the problem and then replaced the faulty section of pipework. He was very efficient and competent. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
Maple drainage Ltd have been out today to resolve a drain issue at my home. They were very professional, polite and very informative giving solutions that were cost effective should I want to pursue them in the future. Today, they gave me a fixed price which they worked within even though they stayed beyond the time slotted and fixed the drainage issue. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Got in touch with Jamie over the Christmas period over a blocked waste pipe drain causing two slow draining toilets! He was quick to get back to me and even managed to squeeze me in the next day. He finished the job quickly and professionally and I am happy with the results!
