    Abousolute horrific customer service I missed 1 appointment, to be fair was my fault cause slipped my mind, but then went on to say I missed two because I missed one 16 years ago so have been removed! 16 years! Makes me laugh!

    Worst dentist practice I have come across. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. First of all I had received a receipt at my check up saying I had paid the £21.60 charge to then receive a letter in post saying I owed them money . Turns out after me having to ask my mother to search her bank they had charged me 20p rather then 21.60 however they had given me receipt . I then booked an appointment to start my treatment . First appointment I called 2 days prior because I was unable to make it . The lady made me the next appointment. Turned up for the start of my treatment to be told 21.60 I then told them no it's start of treatment today . Turns out because it had been a little while that they could fit me in a had to pay for another check up . However was never told this on phone . Otherwise I would have somewhere else. Changed dentists now and love it... Do not use or recommend

    Worst dentists ever , called to make appointment and found i had been taken off because i hadnt been for 12 months , i couldnt beleive it , was in lots of pain and they wouldnt see me , they just left me in pain with a broken tooth , They wasnt the best dentists in the first place but was close to were i lived Wouldnt recomend these fly by nights

    The worst dentist practice ever. Been few times there with all mouth full of problems, asian dentist "fixed" one most obvious tooth and said there is no other problems. As i felt there is much more work to b done, i went to private clinic, they done x-ray and found FEW more problems which needed to b fixed asap. Private clinic doctor said cos im NHS patient, my asian dentist just didnt wanna do other work cos nhs only pay fixed amount of money for the nhs patients!!! I will b going further with this. Its just unbilievable and disgusting!

    Always felt the dentists weren't friendly but it was something I could cope with , however recently had a really Bad experience ! reading the reviews has proved this isn't a one off!

    Dealing with a very difficult time with my father passing away i missed an appointment. I did cancel leaving a voicemail message. Then i received a lovely letter from them telling me they no longer want me to come for any treatments. Heartless and very harsh.. always found the receptionists rude and the assistants stuck up. Will happily find a friendlier dentist!!!!!
