I count myself as very fortunate to live close to Prestige Services. Excellent at what they do and very friendly to boot, thankyou. They are very patient ( with me !) and keep my 1990 Turbo R purring. Just booked her in for an air conditioning update so I can use the aircon ( can't find Freeon gas for love nor money so biting the bullet) . Outstanding chocolate biscuits.
Nothing requested was an issue ,excellent service very knowledgeable went the extra mile to make sure I got home after leaving my car with them ,kept me informed on works carried out didn't do work regardless clarified position before completing any extras that were required , so pleased to of found this company ,10 out of 10 , receptionist very helpful as well .
If you want a no frills no fuss no nonsense business who have years and years of knowledge and expertise to repair and maintain your Bentley/Rolls Royce look no further and all at considerably less cost than the main agents! I had a number of issues with my Bentley GTC including a roof fault and an engine management light that has baffled the main agents along with a couple of Bentley Specialists but Mark & Adrian solved the mystery. All sorted, car serviced and sparkling when I picked it up. Its no surprise to me that these guys are busy. Thanks to you all and of course the lovely Amy on reception. A rare thing these days a business where you call a number which is not an 0800 no pressing option 1 etc and its answered by a human (Usually Amy) who understands what the business is about and just gets on with it. Had a problem with the rear suspension on my Bentley GTC. The guys fixed it in a cost effective way and gave advise on other details of the car. The passion and knowledge they have is refreshing and shines through! You’ll have to patient to get a booking but that is testament to their first class service and attention to detail and will be worth the wait!
A massive shoutout to all at Prestige Services for a fantastic job, well done. Having taken my Bentley Continental to have issues resolved we met Mark & Adrian. We left the car in their care, they kept me informed all the way as they tackled the issues, in a very very well mannered, courteous and professional manner.
