absolutely impossible to book an appointment, everything on their website is incorrect, if you call later than 8am on the dot for a same day appointment they won’t have any appointments left, the online service doesn’t work, if you call trying to book an appointment in advance they say to use the online service ? i genuinely don’t understand how anyone ever gets seen by a doctor here, i was given the option to visit the pharmacist once which felt like a slap in the face. as a result i’ve had to use a walk in centre once and visit a&e twice, taking up valuable time from other medical professionals that would’ve been avoidable if i could just see my GP.

Hello, I have been to your GP several times for blood tests. Although my veins are small and hard to find, the nurse, Parveen Khan, took my blood very skillfully. I wanted to thank her. Farrokh Nazeradl

Absolutely ridiculous service. Called at 8am and was on hold for a long time. At 8:20 I Decided to call again from another phone which told me I was number 3 on the waiting line. It is now 8:26, receptionist tells me they are fully booked. Explained how they have still got me on hold on another line. We patients are being played by staying on long hold and then be told there are no appointments available as shockingly they have all been booked! . Told Zainab the receptionist (who didn’t seem to be too helpful, kept over talking, and rudely putting me on hold several times, whilst I’m talking) that I’m still on hold, funnily the other call suddenly gets disconnected. Told her I’ve been to a pharmacy and they explained my child needs to be seen by a doctor! Still no remorse! Disappointed and disgusted. The only best thing about this medical service are the two doctors who are upholding this place, otherwise it’s a shambles. Receptionists have a I don’t give a damn attitude and booking appointments is like booking to see the prime minister! I’m sure even he doesn’t get booked up so quickly!!

I recently switched to this GP, and I can’t thank them enough for the care I received. In just three weeks, they accomplished what I couldn’t achieve with my previous practice. The staff is professional and incredibly respectful.

During last period service has changed drastically. For instance, last time I had an appointment with doctor Shahbaz, and it's quite experienced doctor who really tries to help. Receptionists very polite and nice as well.

I’ve been with this practice since I was a teenager but its current management is a shambles. There is an inexperienced practice manager, no real commitment from any medical professional as they are all locums who are just there to earn the days wages and leave. I’m disgusted with they way the practice is ended up and will be moving the whole family that’s a total of 15 people.

The worst medical center,I booked an appointment for Friday morning from the NHS app, they changed it without even asking me and didn't even call me at all. I changed it for another day and they didn't even notice me that the appointment was cancelled cause I tried to find another gp to have a look instead of cancelling the appointments. No medical center at all.

I have been with this Practice for more than two years now. My experience has been a mixture between good and bad and here is why:
Medical staff
the two times a thorough follow up and requesting the right tests that led to serious diagnoses (one of them is hypothyroidism and the other is inflated gallbladder) were due to the good work of tow female medical staff members who put efforts to listen to me and ask the right questions. For the female medial staff members who’ve been in the practice in the past two years I give 5 starts. My experience however with male staff members was completely different. Before requesting the thyroid test by the female staff, another male doctor was taking my calls. For almost six months he kept insisting that my vitamins blood tests were ok (done 20 months before the consultations) and resisting doing new tests. He referred me to physiotherapy and offered a referral to psychotherapy but never occurred to him to check the Kidney, liver and thyroid like the female doctor did. After the results came back with underactive thyroid, I was referred to him again for explanation and was relieved that I finally knew the reason. His answer was don’t be so sure as we need to repeat the test twice to confirm. Later, during these two years my follow up on the symptoms and requests do more check were resisted often by other male staff members. One time I spoke to a senior doctor and ask him to explain the blood test, he did not know how to explain them so I asked to be referred to a specialist who can help me understand why my body in not settled until now, he shouted on the phone: no, will not refer you. If you want more tests check back in three months and hang up the phone! I kept having the abdominal pain and bloating until a new female doctor referred me to do an ultrasound and was then when we found the gallbladder problem.

Phone system: was very bad in the past, then it was replaced with one that the line kept dropping after waiting for 40 minutes and when you manage to get hold to the reception staff, they will say they ran out of appointments for that day. Things have become better recently though, but you need to call at 8 am.

Nurses: there have been several nurses in the past two years. One time I was asked to come and do the blood test again because the label was not fixed properly on the sample, so the lab refused to process it.

Another time, I was called to do general check, weight, hight, blood pressure. The nurse measured my height while I was wearing heels! And insisted the scale was calibrated although it showed 4 KG discrepancy than 4 other different scales I used in the past few months.

In the recent couple of months, medical staff have been more responsive, and they made some referral, and I am hoping the improvement will continue.
