I don’t usually write reviews, but I rang and spoke to Sara (I believe that was her name). She took the time to explain everything, helped me book the appointment I needed, and I was really happy by the end of the call. 10/10 service.
My son had his braces fitted last year and had them removed today. He was looked after by Neena throughout, and she was always so lovely, caring, and great at making conversation. She made the whole experience positive for him. Overall, an amazing service, highly recommend!
Kate and Beck have been amazing from start to finish during my orthodontic journey. From the moment I first walked in they made me feel welcome and completely at ease. They have a way of explaining everything clearly while still keeping things light and friendly which made every appointment something I actually looked forward to. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they were always there with support reassurance and a smile. I could tell they genuinely cared about how things were going for me not just with my treatment but also how I was feeling along the way. I am so thankful for all their help and kindness and I could not be happier with the end result.
I want to start by saying the reception staff were both very pleasant and helpful – they made a great first impression and were polite and professional throughout. However, I was very disappointed with the experience with the nursing team who saw my child. I felt rushed during the appointment, and it honestly came across like they didn’t really care. It felt like my child was just another number and the focus was more on getting through appointments than actually listening or showing any genuine concern. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend bringing children here. It didn’t feel like a caring or supportive environment, which is the least you’d expect when taking your child to see a healthcare professional.
Recently had my braces taken off and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team are highly skilled and easygoing. Kelly and the team were brilliant throughout my treatment. Would highly recommend.
I had private treatment done here and I am absolutely amazed by my new smile. Neena was great at every appointment - she has completely transformed my teeth and I am very grateful. Kelly and Denise are also very friendly people who made every visit that much better. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here for their dental treatments as they will definitely take care of your every need. A huge thank you to the team!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Went in with a friend to get his check up and witnessed some of the best customer service. The way the employees handled disgruntled and patient customers with the upmost respect and care was commendable, it made me want to switch establishments. I asked my friend about his experience there and he only had good things to say, he did mention one employee named Rohit; saying he gave clear instructions regarding procedures, advise with retainers and how progress is moving with the current crisis. Overall, I have say is that if you come here, you are in good capable hands and company.
