   I'm not sure on my drs name (it's not Katie, however she is lovely too) but I highly recommend this dentist. After being with rubery dentist for a while, they messed my teeth pretty badly, so I came to Frankley dentist and from the get go they were welcoming and listened to my concerns without dismissing anything. I have health conditions that affect my teeth and they were very understanding. Numbing never normally works on me however, for the first time, I've just had my first filling with them and I didn't even feel a thing and she made sure to check if I was okay during the filling process as she knows the numbing don't normally work on me. I went in feeling nervous thinking I was going to feel it all and ended up wanting to fall asleep while she was doing my filling. Even the assistant nurse was lovely. Thank you for the wonderful care. I highly appreciate it and will recommend you to everyone.

   Received great services time and time again. On one occasion I had to bring my newborn baby and there was some delay. They kindly agreed to call me when it was my turn, so I could walk my baby. Special thanks to Camilla at reception and treating team Shillana and Shannon.

   Yesterday was my usual 2pm visit to the dentist. I’ve been with Katie for a very long time (way back in the days of Bunbury Road Northfield). Everyone today was, as always, most kind and welcoming. Camilla on the desk was very attentive and chatty. Shannon, nurse, also had a pleasing smile. Katie, as always her usual friendly self and as always very professional. It was interesting to see the children’s pictures and messages on the wall in the Reception area. Obviously some little ones don’t mind visiting this dentist, which is great.

   Thank you so much to Katie (Dentist), Camilla (Reception) and Nimi (Nurse) for all providing such a kind and caring service last week when I needed a tooth extraction. Camilla worked her magic to fit me in urgently (and provided calming and distracting conversation whilst I was waiting to have my tooth out), Katie ensured my treatment was carried out in the most calming a pain free way possible (with excellent explanation every step of the way) and Nimi provided supportive reassurance and kindness throughout.    This is the best dentist I've ever been to. Camilla and Shannon the receptionists are amazing, so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. Katie, my dentist is just lovely and so professional. I always leave this dentist feeling happier no matter what dental treatment I've had.

   Best dentist ever, been a part of Frankley dentist 19 years and never had any issues, my 3 grandkids use here too, did try them in Bromsgrove to save me travelling miles but they never took to catshill dentist as the guy there isn't very customer based so back to Frankley and it's worth the mileage to see the kids happier and their teeth well looked after. Lisa on reception is awsome and fantastic with customers and frazer is a brilliant dentist. Thankyou guys for all the years of looking after my teeth.... Your the best

   First and last visit made to this practice in Frankley,Feb 2019.The Male dentist was very rude(my daughter also stated this as we left ).No introduction straight in with cleaning which was very rough and uncomfortably carried out.It hurt so much at one point I jumped,but he didn't stop just carried on.What really annoyed me he did a resin treatment on my daughter without telling me what he was going to do for me to give my consent as my daughter under 16.it wasn't until I read my receipt when at home it was noticed.I phoned the next day and did a letter of complaint.I received a response back a week later denying everything, that he had explained all what was being done. He had obviously spoke to someone invisible then.Other than offering me samples of toothpaste which I didn't take as already use he never spoke.I am disgusted.I was told when I phoned there have never been complaints made before.Well there is a first time for everything.It is my word against his and the Nurse. Manners and common courtesy cost nothing!

   Lovely staff in a bright white and clean Dentist surgery! I highly recommend (don’t let the location put you off) I struggled to get a dentist appointment as I have not been in many years and my filling had fallen out. I called this Dentist surgery and was given an appointment promptly. Upon arrival staff were lovely and I now have a perfect filling. Can’t praise them enough as I called several different dentists and they wouldn’t give me the time of day, these were wonderful. To be honest I hate going to the dentist but I actually will come back for a check up. This is usually unheard of unless I have a problem. Thank you!
