   As convenient as it seems, don’t bother using the Amazon locker here. Picked up my package today and an extremely racist woman reported me to staff to say I had been stealing. She was proved wrong when I showed them my amazon package and nothing else. I’m sorry they seem to be experiencing high crime at the moment (as was the shop workers excuse for stopping me), but the Amazon customers are not there for that. I have no need to shoplift. Will not be using this locker again. Being accused in such a manner is very upsetting.

   Bought 2 pairs trainers, asked lots of questions before. Had to return 1 pair as we're not wearable, elastic lases loosened and they said as worn could not return. Anyway after much talking and standing my ground eventually they allowed an exchange for better brand with normal lases. Not great customer service. Buy elsewhere like Amazon and return if issues without so many questions.

   I always find wonderful boots here. I had to change my granddaughters school shoes yesterday as they were faulty. The lady behind the till, dark haired, was absolutely fab. No fuss or bother to change and she was lovely with it too.
