   Visited this dentist today for the first time booked an emergency appointment as I was in excruciating pain through out the night. They fit me in the same day and were really kind over the phone. Upon my arrival was seen in a timely manner , receptionist , dentist assistant and dentist were all lovely. Dentist did an X-ray identified the problem and gave a solution which suited me. I feel much better after last night and appreciate the advise given and clarity.

   UPDATE.MY MOM AD TO PAY.£127.40 TODAY.SO THATS OVER £500 NOW.AND SHE AD NOT TREATMENT.AVIOD AVOID MY MOM WENT TO THIS PLACE.THEY DONT NOTEXPLAIN TO HER.THAT SHE MAY HAVE TO PAY FOR HER TREATMENT.SHES ON PENSION CREDIT.NOW SHE AD A BILL FOR OVER £400.WHICH THIS DENIST SHOULD AD SAID BEFORE.PLEASE GO SUMWHERE ELSE

   They’ve changed their system from a text reminder to an email reminder, and the email reminder doesn’t even come through, they blame me for not remembering when it’s many weeks gap between appointments, so due to two missed appointments because of their system failur, now they won’t even let me have another appointment

   I was a bit hesitant at first after seeing a few mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I gave Great Bridge Dental Practice a chance. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The dentist was brilliant—patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My experience was smooth and far better than I expected. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling reassured and well cared for. A big thank you to the entire team! Highly recommended if you're looking for genuine care and professionalism.

   I have been to many good dentists and this dentist was the worst, my first time experiencing a bad dentist. I went here first time to get myself and my family registered. We had seema I believe her name was, a dentist, from the beginning I was getting very horrible vibes from her, as it progressed it got worse, I never felt so uncomfortable my whole life from a professional especially in NHS. She was so arrogant, asking her questions felt so uneasy because she would make a face like it was a burden for her to answer those questions and if she did she would make you feel dumb??. Why work with patients if you have no empathy or concern it’s mind blowing. I don’t know where she got her degree and training but it’s concerning how someone like her got a job to work with patients.

   The staff is very friendly and supportive, including their receptionist. The dentist is very professional and addressed multiple issues at the same time whilst also created a care plan at the very first appointment. She was very informative and calming. Would recommend their services.

   Could not be more disappointed with this dentist practice. I was in immense pain with a dental issue, my neck had also swollen because of it and I had a fever. I'm not registered at a dentist locally because none of them have space so I called every dentist in the area until I got to Great Bridge and spoke to a receptionist. I explained my situation and she advised to call in the morning for an emergency appointment and if there were any available they would see me, even though I wasn't registered. I remained in pain for another day and called in the morning and got through to a different receptionist. I asked for an emergency appointment and was told that even though they had some available they were "saving them for their own patients". I explained my situation again and asked what else I could do as I needed to be seen and the NHS have no real provision for emergency dental care and she just told me to "try again tomorrow". I am so disappointed in the sheer lack of care and compassion from a healthcare provider to someone desperate for help, especially when space was available but being withheld, and absolutely no alternative suggestions being advised. Perhaps the dentists at this practice are kind hearted people, but that's irrelevant if you can't even get to see them.

   I had to change my appointment twice with this practice because I came down with a really bad cold on the morning of my appointment s on two occasions unfortunately. I then arrived at another appointment and was told that it was cancelled without notifying me . I have tried to make another appointment and was told I could no longer have any more appointment s because of my cancellation s would they rather me turn up with cold symptoms then ? Very disappointed with the rudeness

   Tried to get an urgent appointment and I was given practice number by 111 to give a call, and I was told that they have only availability for May only, receptionist on the phone seemed they don’t care really if you are in pain, not recommended. That practices don’t’ care really, they think you can wait so long, they forget is easier and cheaper to get a Ryanair flight to any European country and do the dental treatment there than be begging for appointments.
