   Came here as a new nhs patient by booking an appointment online that I needed urgently for wisdom tooth pain/swelling- was able to find a slot for the very next day. The dentist ( Sibonginkosi Ndlovu ) was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She gave excellent dental advice and gave detailed instructions for at-home remedies. I felt in safe and trusted hands. The receptionists (Donna and another lady whose name I didn’t get) were lovely and friendly also, making the entire experience very calming and smooth. The practice itself is very clean and modern. Will definitely be coming back for my routine checkup!

   DO NOT GO HERE !My son came here 2 months ago as they was recruiting new nhs patients, he waited a month for appointment and was seen originally for a cracked tooth he had had for couple of years , they took an xray and told him that 2 molar teeth needed a root canal that wasn't able to be done on the NHS as they cant root canal molars???and that he needed 7 fillings , altogether he was talking up to £3000. I told him this didn't seem right and got him re booked in with our original dentist COMPLETE DENTAL in bearwood , to be fair he had to wait till today for appointment but was seen, xrayed, told he didn't need 2 root canals, the one tooth could be filled as the hole was small but the other tooth may need to come out, he also only needed 3 fillings not 7!!! And altogether he has paid 76 pound for this treatment to be carried out. 1. They where initially trying to take advantage of someone who is petrified of the dentist. 2. They obviously LIED about treatment that needed doing and saying he would have to pay private with them as NHS did not cover the payment 3. My son works, does not receive benefits and they tried to con him out of nearly 3 grand . Absolutely disgusting service !!!

   Really happy with my dentist visit today for a filling. Leslie and Davina were both brilliant really thorough and professional felt like I was in capable hands thank you. Definitely would recommend as it's hard to find a good dentist.

   I have been a patient at this dentist for about 17 years. Since the new owners have taken over I have not been able to get a check up in over 3 years. At first I accepted post covid to be the cause, however I now find they do not even accept contact from the general public anymore. Where is the general curtesy to the hundreds of patients to either offer an appointment or let them know that they need to find a new dentist. Disgraceful behaviour. Typical of the dentist that has took over. More interested in making millions from cosmetic and emergency treatment than providing good oral hygiene.

   Had my braces and whitening done here, Dr. Bhandal was brilliant during my treatment. My treatment lasted several years due to the severity of my situation and my negligence. However I was treated professionally and aptly and I am very happy with the results. Reception were always helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

   Rubbish. can't get past receptionist .been over a month of trying to get appointment. Stay clear . She will tell you to phone on a Saturday knowing full well you can't get in . Waste of TIME
