   I had a very distressing experience with Dr Tse Belmond and feel it is important to share this for transparency. I attended an appointment following a panic attack. As English is not my first language, I brought my partner for support. During the consultation, my partner was dismissed and interrupted, and I was pressured to speak despite being visibly distressed. I was prompted to discuss a traumatic experience, which caused me to become extremely upset. Throughout this, I was not offered reassurance or support, and the lack of empathy was noticeable. At a later appointment, I raised concerns about possible Autism and requested an assessment. This was met with a dismissive response, including laughing, and statements were made that Autism is rare in women and predominantly affects men. I found this response unprofessional and not in line with current understanding. I also have concerns about how suicidal thoughts I disclosed were recorded, as they were documented as “depressed mood – minor,” which did not reflect the seriousness of what was discussed. Overall, I left feeling unheard, belittled, and unsafe. I would not feel comfortable seeing this doctor again and would advise others to be cautious.

   Our family is very happy with this practice - our children receive prompt care and the reception and medical staff are kind and accommodating. It is online appointment based which is convenient for me. Many appointments can be carried out via telephone. I, myself, have received excellent care and trust the doctors here. Dr Beattie and Dr Elliott, Dr Clothier Dr Bateson are very helpful.

   How a doctors should be! Best doctors around that for sure! Everyone very warm friendly and highly professional always going the extra mile to make sure your care is very person centred.They have thought of everything to making sure all our needs are met by all the staff and by ensuring they have a pharmacy next door and easy parking available outside. Just an outstanding practice!

   We just wanted to express our gratitude and acknowledgement of the support we get from the Sides Medical Practice. We don't want to go into details as this is a public site. I shared my feedback in more detail with Dr Bateson yesterday. We understand the difficulties around access and the technology but we have embraced it. In fact we would say it makes it easier to get a response to a query quicker usually within 24 hours and if more urgent within the hour. Thank you

   Was really impressed with The Sides Medical Centre this evening. My Mum was missing an important item off her prescription and even though it was late, the receptionist took it on herself to find out what the medication was called as it was a new one and got the doctor to authorise it straight away so I could pick it up from the Chemist next door. The Chemist next door then did the prescription before they shut. Excellent !! I m not even a patient but so happy my Mum is. 10/10 5 Stars

   As a new patient and after being treated so poorly at pendlebury health Centre I had reservations about what I'd encounter, however I need not of been concerned, absolutely brilliant service from the staff and the human element still clearly is important to this practice. Lovely stuff .

   Been registered at many GPs around the UK and this one is great. Dr Patel was tremendously helpful. People don't realise how high the workload is for these professionals. I have, huge respect that this did not affect my treatment.

   Shocking, shocking, shocking service from the GP's. The reception staff I cannot fault. They managed to book me a phone consultation the same day. Less than an hour later I received a text explaining it was not a medical emergency, therefore I would not be contacted by the GP. Either they are expert healers through the power of text or they know my issue isn't serious without a phone call. All before they new what the issue was. If it was a medical emergency do they not think I would go to A&E!! Disgusting service from the GP's there. Letting your reception staff take all the ear ache from people when you cancel appointments. You should be ashamed!!!

   Moved to this doctors around 2 years ago and only been a few times but they are amazing! The staff are all great and really want to help as much as possible. I never write reviews but i felt i needed to show my appreciation!
