Woman dentist was fantastic. Fit me in as an emergency one Saturday. The dental nurse helping was also fine. The reception staff refuse to make eye contact, never smile and left me feeling inferior and disgusted with their attitude. Please get new receptionists who understand good customer service!! How did they get the job in the first place!?
Since It changed to new owners customer service is none. I think they believe they better then anyone else. Good job guys
Rang around a lot of dental practices all of them saying sorry but not taking on new patients This one took me on straight away Had a appointment within two days Very helpful staff. It's now called somers dental practice.
Went to see the dental hygienist. Brilliant! Did an amazing job, explained everything, great advice and just lovely people. So good to get wonderful, expert service like this.
Huge Thank you to all who helped me with my elderly mum today! Super helpful and within 2 hours mum had the medication she needed with no hassle or stress to herself. I have just completed a lengthy course of treatment -root canal filling and a crown with Antonio. As a dental phobic patient it was a good experience The reception staff always tried to get early appointments which always helps. The treatment went without a hitch and I'm 100% satisfied. Thank you all.
Been going there for years and had a few different dentists over that time - some better than others, but all good. currently with Antonio, who is one the best dentists I've ever had :). I also seem to be able to get appointments easily, and they've fitted me in at short notice when I've had an emergency
In the couple of years or so I have been a patient at this practice I really cannot fault the dentists and how efficient they and their staff are, however....RECEPTION staff and their ‘customer service’ falls short and at times leaves you speechless as to how they do not seem to care or show any speed to serve you. They appear to run at their own pace and several times I have stood waiting for one of them to make eye contact with me to pay or book an appoitment and it can be very lethargic. Please practice manager do your customer’s not deserve better ? Very poor in today’s age to be left feeling like this and judging by other reviews I’m not the only one !
