I attended the surgery this morning and my experience was really positive. My issue was sorted very quickly and the receptionist Julie was very kind and helpful
Doctors are good and caring but reception/admin staff are generally rude, unhelpful and jump to conclusions before listening. If you need an appointment for a vaccination you may think to dial 1 for appointments but instead they class it as a general enquiry (sure!) so you need to call after 11 and press 3
all i can say gp Dr Baldeep singh is a very professional, caring understanding great listener Very polite Person nothing is to much trouble thank you . the receptionist when i phoned think she was called Vicky sorry if its not your name Memories not great with names lovely girl nothing was to much trouble for her too thank you ❤️
-1 star. Been with this surgery for nearly 18years never had issues at the start. But i cant keep up with the change of receptionist's, rude, bad attitudes, one lady put the telephone down on me once. Seeing as i suffer with a chronic illness trying to get an appointment is trying to get blood out of a stone. No level of care at all at this surgery. I was a few minutes late for a blood test to be told the nurse would not see me, as i stated i was only a few minutes late and that this blood test was very important i was told i would need to telephone the surgery to rebook even though i was stood in the surgery. Numerous complaints i have put in but they have never been dealt with, i have asked to speak to the practice manager many times but i never get a call. So i will now be taking this further.
Contacted reception no urget appointment available,quick thinking receptionist got the gp Dr khan to phone,he did husband on antibiotics within 2hrs. As a nurse myself knew the catheter in situ required meds. Thank you so much. Xxxxxx Alyson re barry
Just had the one of the worst customer service experiences from a doctors receptionist called Sarah she was so unhelpful and ignorant it has left me furious I will be be putting in a complaint
This practice has made some changes recently, let’s give them one more star and look forward to seeing them among 5 stars! Better communication and more polite and helpful staff
Rude receptionist! When I asked if I could speak to the doctor- they tell me I have to wait 3 weeks, I then continued to explain my illness and receptionist started laughing at me. Absolutely discussing behaviour! No care or compassion- looks like staff training has also gone out the window here
Good Morning , I am writing this , with the help of my sister . I have Alzheimer’s , which has also given me the most terrible stutter . My sister rang to try & get me an appointment . I was over joyed that she was able to do that . I explained to the receptionist , my condition ,& was unable to use the machine to book in . She was most understanding . I get Teri anxious , if I. meet anybody new . I saw a lady doctor ( I am so sorry but cannot remember her name . The doctor was absolutely brilliant . Gave me time to explain my problem . She was extremely thourough . Made me feel like a human being , & not a number . Thank you both . You are both a credit to your profession . Kindest regards Paul.
Visited the surgery today in a very distressed state. Marie immediately took me in a side room listened and was extremely helpful. Promised to speak to a Doctor and they would call me. Within 10 minutes of leaving the surgery has promised I received a phone call and within half an hour was back seeing a doctor. Staff get a hard time and people are always eager to complain. I want to give credit and thank the staff for a exceptional service.
