Was contact by DLG within 24hours of logging an accident. No fault on our side. They were fast in checking photos of damage and called back to book in for repair. They kept us upto date thoughout the whole processs and excellent service from them all. Would highly recommend for sure! Damage before and repair completed within 10 days aa advised. Just outstanding service. High five !
Absolutely first class service. Everyone I spoke to along the way was really nice, from the guy who picked my car up, to the people on the phone line, to the guy who dropped it back off. They did a first rate repair too. A friend of mine said they had a similar experience with them as well. I’d recommend them to anyone.
They might have brilliant mechanics, but the scheduling/booking in service is simply broken by the incompetence of operators. Scheduled a car, next day receive phone call its not happening. Okay, whats the next date possible? Friday between 1 and 4pm. Ok, 3pm then. No, it's too late. Ey? You just told me BETWEEN 1 AND 4 PM. Says it all. Update at the end of work: after initial trouble the car has undergone repairs and I have to confirm what I wrote above: the mechanics/engineers are very good. They have even transferred my custom part onto the new panel which was damaged. Thats going above and beyond in my eyes! Once you get your car booked in its smooth sailing from there. Thank you, DLG.

They replaced my bumper after a collision with another car. The service was excellent. They regularly corresponded with me on what was happening with my vehicle as they couldn’t get the part. Once they had it they informed me of this and when the car would be ready. These regular phone calls were fantastic as I felt like I was in the loop. The phone calls were very pleasant and informative. I would definitely use this company again.
