Van broke down and was taken to this garage at 5pm Friday Was ready for collecting at 12 on Saturday morning Fast efficient and friendly service and will definitely be using these guys again 10/10

If I could give it 0 I would. Bracken Hill Garage have just been exceptionally rude to myself. I rang to ask about fixing a slow puncture and because we didn't know how slow the puncture was he said to his friend "question too hard for her". Then he proceeded to say " you haven't answered my question" when I was asking for more info from a relative. Very rude, very upsetting. We will not be using this garage again. I wanted to make people aware that this is how we were treated. He then proceeded to shout at me and say " sorry alright, sorry, sorry you don't have a sense of humour!". Absolutely disgusting. Do not use this garage.
I have used this garage for 10+years and their service has always been second to none. They are quick, efficient, reasonably priced and very approachable. Highly reccomend!

Gary helped me with a broken down vehicle , arranged to get me home safely, sorted the work quickly professionally and also lent us his vehicle for 3 weeks as my husband is a keyworker at no extra cost. He is a kind cost effective professional business . Would not go anywhere else oh and by the way he is cheap
