   Car not locking and weird lights on dash when I turned it off (eg, door open alarm and radio staying on). They diagnosed it quickly to a faulty switch inside the ignition barrel. They WD40'd it and said I can pay for a new barrel and keys, but it should work for now. Only charged £40 for diagnostics and its worked fine since. Good service and knowledgeable technicians.

   I had a PPS kit installed on one of my trucks by this company, and the sales advisor, David Beever, dealt with me. The kit was installed on my Renault truck in November 2024, but they were unable to programme it to the left indicator (i.e. the “Caution: vehicle is turning left” sound). David Beever promised me a £72 refund, which I have never received despite sending him multiple emails. He has since stopped responding to my messages. As of 2 October 2025, I still have not received the refund. They charged me £1,800 for the PPS kit, which I paid in full on the day of installation. If you cannot programme the PPS kit to the left indicator, you should inform the customer before carrying out the installation. Please avoid this company, or at the very least, never pay them until you are fully satisfied with their service.

   Really glad I found these guys. Dropped my car off at 9am, they advised me that it would be ready next day as the alternater I required was not available same day. Then I received a call 5 hours later the same day saying the car was ready for collection. They’d managed to find one and fitted it soon as it arrived.
