   Booked taxi for a doctor appointment to be collected 25 minutes before appointment. Taxi arrived 5 minutes before appointment no apology or explanation, and resulted in been late for the doctor. Very poor service

   The booking process very easy and the car was on time which is good. What was so good was the serving. He was on off the trottle for the whole 5 miles and by the time I got to my destination I was feeling very ill. I can't say if he had a valid driving license but i would like to know where he passed. Worst driving ever but he was a nice enough guy.

   Taxi turned up late. When we left to enter the car, it had already left. Had to make another call to the company to find out where it was, in which the same car came back to collect us. The driver was brash and did not recognise the wait or the inconvenience. Reg was DH65NKT, massively unprofessional driver. First bad experience with them, hopefully will be rectified next time.

   One star just so I can write the review. Now back from my holiday, the one I nearly didn't have thanks to you. Booked an airport pick up a few weeks before. Checked the booking at the office two days before and still nobody turned up! 6am on a Bank Holiday Sunday morning trying to deal with the guy in your office who kept telling me he was trying to wake someone up/speak to someone/sort it/call me back. I kept having to ring him back. Finally you sent Action cars to do the job (I understand this has happened several tomes) and we set off an HOUR late. Luckily I book pick ups to arrive at airport three hours before my flight to allow for accidents otherwise I would have been several thousand pounds out of pocket. I will be writing a formal complaint and I expect a full explanation of what happened. You caused untold stress for me and exacerbated an existing health condition with your shameful, shoddy service. I would strongly recommend others give your company a wide berth as you simply cannot deliver a service.
