“We are a Rotherham based company and we had purchased a full articulated load of material, which was due to be delivered by Spanish transport / courier company unfortunately the Spanish company let us down at the last minute...... This happened on the 17th December and the stock was required to be with us before Christmas, needless to say we had been left with a huge problem, we made a number of phone calls one of which was to Brian Yeardley and thank goodness it was..... from the moment our call was answered by Michael Burns we knew we were dealing with a class company. Michael was so helpful, polite and very efficient, it was a pleasure to deal with him..... Once we had sorted out the price, Michael even managed the unthinkable and was able to confirm he could get the full container to us before Christmas what a result...... Things then moved on to the actual collecting of the stock which can be a minefield in its self but once again we were amazed by the level of commitment by Nathan the driver, apologies i don't have Nathans surname but he was fantastic, kept us totally updated with the progress of the consignment from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble absolutely first class and i would not hesitate to recommend Brian Yeardley for any of my transport needs...... Tonight’s driver really let the company down, I approached his car 2 mins after the booked time to be told he had already taken another job due to me being late. I said okay. I then phoned data who were great and arranged another car at the previous car’s expense. RED HONDA CIVIC WO15 SYP. He then turned back up whilst I was on the phone trying to take me. I refused and said please send another car which they did. Hence the 5 star review.”
