Turned up a little later than booked, but as it's a taxi they could be helping someone unload shopping, stuck in traffic so I like to give myself a 10-15 buffer if and when I can and the taxi arrived "on-time" in my perspective. 2. The driver was polite, and greeted me well. 3. The taxi was clean and the journey was smooth so it felt like the vehicle was highly maintained. 4. The journey we as efficient as possible and the standard of driving matches road rules. Whereas I've been in other taxis whereby the driver refused to wear a belt. 5. The caller who arranged the taxi arranged it quickly, and politely. I received messages once it was booked and information about the vehicle including colour and manufacture.
