What absolute morons! Book a taxi and they send to wrong destination, then the driver cancels my ride but didn't tell the base, so then I had to call again to wait for another and they send to wrong destination Again! 1 hour it took for a cab to arrive, what a joke of company
I would give it 0 stars but can't... total mess, I booked a taxi this morning at 7am for 10:20am, I had a message at 10:06 where it says "there are no drivers available around you atm, it will be a wait" so I waited until 10:20am and rang them... "no taxis around here and no driver would come here because they are based in Chesterfield and to go to Mansfield and back "empty" no one would do it" so I don't know why you accepted my money and booked for me when your drivers won't come here... total disapppintment and I was late to where I needed to be because they wouldn't tell me earlier about it... had to book different taxi from different company who came straight away and was also cheaper! I can't believe this company has even 1 star... it is rubbish!
So I was blessed to have this driver today. Done my months shop from Aldi. He collected quickly and helped me with my shopping which was great! Amazing service. I was travelling on my own and I felt at ease from the point of pick-up. Text message alert to say my taxi had arrived to include the make of vehicle. The driver was so welcoming and polite throughout my whole journey. I could even pay directly with card (didnt have to stop at cash point). This was literally door to door service. I have now downloaded their app for future bookings. I would definitely recommend this company as I will be using again. Thank you
