   Charged My Mum £10 for a fare that normally costs no more than a maximum of £4 Now get this She only lives around the corner from the shops but She's 87 and I live Doncaster. The Driver drove my Mother to an ATM to withdraw £10.00 to which the ATM Machine also charged her an extra £1.50 Charge. Absolutely Disgusting.

   Our driver was very polite and talkative. We had a very entertaining chat throughout the journey. The drive was smooth and relaxed and we felt safe throughout the journey. An excellent driver and a very pleasant journey

   Was a good taxi service always took me where I wanted to go then the service slipped today when a taxi driver tried to charge me £10 for around the corner less than one mile trip. I paid £8 the trip should have cost £3.60. The person that drives do gold star really really let the company down today

   2 taxis used yesterday - Taxi 1 - For a moment, I considered not getting in when I opened the back door. Stale cigarette smoke & a stained back seat. Not Gold Stars usual standard. It is a few years since I've needed to use a taxi. The driver was quiet, pleasant at the start & end of my journey. Taxi 2 - Very different experience. Gold Star as I remember them. Very clean car, pleasant smell & a chatty driver. I appreciate not everyone wants a chatty driver but I'm sure most wouldn't want to sit on stained seats & inhale stale fags. Advice for taxi 1. Get some seat covers & open your windows.

   Terrible service I will never be using Goldstar again. They have poor customer service and I’ve had problems with them on numerous occasions. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but today is the last day I will be using them. I asked for a link multiple times for my taxi and the man on the phone hung up on me continuously and purposefully. Not only that but the cab driver was rude and had no manners, disgusting. Better you use a different service than use this rubbish service. And for that I will be giving a 1 star. Sort it out.

   Worst response in Rotherham. Spoke to a man and ordered a taxi. Was told 20-25 mins. After 30 mins my wife phoned just to see how long it would be and the response was ' god knows when it will be'. This has happened a few times. Avoid them and use Martin or Phoenix. They are so much better.
