A text service that cannot provide its only service. Only had to use them twice in the last 6 months, both pre-booked on the app the night before and neither turned up on time. This morning has a taxi booked for 07.40 to start a new job. Called at 07.35 as the app said finding driver and was told the next diver will be dispatched. Called again at 07.41 and was told “we are trying our best”. Trying your best?! It is the only service you provide! I wouldn’t mind but thy bought out the two biggest independent taxi companies in the borough. Don’t waste your time. Book independent. Book local.

Used the app to pre arrange a taxi to get to a wedding. Did this 1.5 hours in advance thinking that’s plenty of time for them to pick a car/driver to accommodate me. If I wanted a taxi straight away the average waiting time was stated to be around 30 mins or so, fair enough which is why I went to pre arrange to make sure. I went to the arranged pickup location at the planned time only to find the app showing “finding available driver”. 10 minutes went by after planned time and still said the same message. Would have been late but luckily Uber sorted me out. Shocking, what’s the point of pre arranging?

I have used veezu for years. I have always booked via the app. Then today I book and the price has gone up by £3.50. I thought this must be a mistake, so I mentioned it to my driver. Who suggested I ring the office. I did only to be told that a £3.50 charge has been added to online pre bookings. No offer to remove this charge. Poor customer care. The info on the app does not reflect this. Im a regular customer i understand that prices have to increase. But £3.50 just to pre book on line ??? Really. I'll look around for a more transparent company. P.s my driver Colin was great. Did all he could. Thanks Colin

As of yet, never late. Amy in the office is without a doubt the best person whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Polite, cheerful and very understanding as we have an autistic child and sometimes we need to change times. Only negative. We have a standing booking at 7.45am. Never late but some drivers are impatient and have knocked on my door as early as 7.25.

Don’t book with this company. Try to steal your money. Operators are a joke. Drivers treat customers like a joke. Absolutely horrific taxi company.

A friend of mine pre booked a cab 6 days in advance. Cab 30 minutes late on arrival. The 4 of us had to wait in the pouring rain in December so very cold. £15 on the meter for just opening the door to get in the cab. The fee came to a total of £42 to get from Bawtry to Rossington. Ridiculously expensive. I asked for some reduction in price and sadly got nothing, found difficult to understand as if we had kept the cab waiting 30 minutes they would have charged for that…. I recommend avoiding this company!

Shocking, ordered a taxi through automated service which didn’t like.. got phone call from the driver to say he’s here.. went outside after telling him my location, he went to the wrong place(automated services fault) unable to understand what the man was saying, he then hung up on me!!?? So was left without a taxi. Would not use again!!!!!

Biggest joke of a taxi company ever, make out they're busy when theyve bought loads of companys so theres loads of drivers. Driver got dispatched then the driver cancelled it, been waiting in rain for a good 45 mins with me poorly son after doctors, disgusting service wont be using again. Needs to sort it out instead of drivers just being parked up doing nothing
