    I am disgusted that 1 of your drivers this morning at 2am brought my young daughter home from a glass collecting shift in town and charged her £70 for the tiniest wet patch on back seat after spitting up a bit water. she was not drunk she had been working a extra shift to get money for her 4 month old daughter for Xmas. yet out of the £90 earnt £70 was taken by your driver for valet when there was no need for a valet. there was no sick no lumps no smell n a very easy fix that I would have done myself but the driver was having non of it. Appauling service poor lass was exhausted and feeling like she was going to pass out to be told not to go anywhere while he phoned office to find out how much valet was going to be.

    Waited outside at the hospital 45mins had my head in my hands covering my eyes with a migraine, severe photophobia and a face mask. Rang up to check where it was but apparently the Taxi driver said it saw me throwing up? There’s no seating out side the a&e so I was squatting leaning against a pillar with my head in my hands I admit looking sorry for my self but did not vomit at all! but they didn’t even stop to even check if I was his fair or message to say it was cancelled and no nothing until we called up to ask where it was and I had to deal with the bunch of lies about me. said they wouldn’t send another car because of the lying taxi driver. Leaving me out in the cold in a time off need. Hope they are ashamed of off them selfs.

    Brilliant company, taxis arrive on time & the drivers are always friendly & get you where you need to be. I would 100% recommend this service even gives you updates as to the where about of your driver & the details of the car & a picture of the driver

    Terrible service. Booked a taxi for midnight on a Saturday. Was at a function in an area with no signal. Got to pick up time and no taxi. Was able to find some signal to contact them to be told that they had cancelled the taxi as I had not prepaid despite several conversations during the booking process and on the day confirming that I could pay the driver by card. Not even an apology when I spoke to them and an excuse of "Well I am only the night shift person". Will not be using them again. Also the price provided was innacurate. Charged more.

    I booked a taxi at 8:02am, with an ETA of 8:26am, but no car ever showed up. I called the office at 8:20am, only to be told it would be another 10–15 minutes because of school runs. I wasn’t too worried at that point since I didn’t start work until 9am — but I did explain that customers should be given accurate times instead of being misled, as people rely on taxis to get to work on time. By 8:35am, still no taxi. When I called again, a different person told me it would now be “over half an hour” due to a motorway accident. This accident happened at 6am, so the first person I spoke to would have already known about it, yet failed to mention it. Instead of being upfront, they kept changing the story and still didn’t give me an exact time for when a taxi might arrive. There was absolutely no sympathy or apology for the fact I was now going to be late for work. I had to cancel the booking altogether and ask my mum — who lives 15 minutes away — to get herself and my baby brother ready just to drive me, otherwise I’d have been even later. In the end, I arrived 30 minutes late to work, all because this company couldn’t be honest with me from the very first call. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them either. Their drivers are often reckless, speeding and cutting it close to accidents, and the staff on the phones do nothing but lie to customers over and over again. It’s clear they care more about chasing income than delivering a reliable service. I will never use this company again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who actually needs to get somewhere on time.

    Worse service ever! I usually ordered taxi for all week but it’s not stop them to forget about order. Last drop was they kept me 30 minutes waiting outside for taxi which they promised “in 2 minutes”. Thanks action cars for me getting cold waiting for you after hard working day, and thanks to Data taxi who comes straight in promising 2 minutes.

The drivers are always friendly (Cab no. 4 was particularly lovely to talk to on the journey) and the time it takes for a car to arrive after booking is never too long. Overall, a great company.
