Never had a service done before by myself but the person in reception was very helpful and explained the process to me. The actual service was very quick, they gave regular updates and explanations and the whole process was very stress free. Definitely recommend this place, I'll definitely be going back.
I have an Old Ford which isn’t worth very much, thought the heating would be an easy fix but turned out that it was a big job. Guys there were so nice and explained how it wasn’t worth the repair as the cars so old. Did all of this for free in the end which they didn’t have to do, really impressed and highly recommend.
Had my truck in here for some body work doing, the spray work itself was ok however they damaged my window rubbers and tried to hide it with some filer. I noticed it and they said a new trim would be ordered, that was months ago and I don’t think that they ever had any intentions of sorting it out. Two days after I had collected my vehicle one of the door handles fell off, obviously wasn’t fitted right. I would not recommend here due to the issues and bad aftercare service.
A friend recommended them to me because they were really helpful to her and gave really friendly service and the same was true for my experience. They will never rip you off and they fixed a broken seal in my car with no issue. Also a really convenient service. Would particularly recommend to clueless car owners like me
