   I won't go to any one else now. I bought a second hand car and the drama that came with it the team and Caroline really didn't have to put up with me but they did. Talked me through everything what the car needed the price and everything was resolved. I also recently had an MOT and service and again the service they provided was brilliant. I never feel like I have been mugged with the work they do and the pricing. And my car Is back on the road. Can't recommend them enough.

   Extremely good and highly recommended. I had what should’ve been a simple fuse change to do but unfortunately, because of the location of the fuse box (behind the glove box but blocked by the dash trim) it wasn’t reachable. I asked Halfords (when I bought the fuse) and they couldn’t do it. So when I had some spare time before collecting my daughter from Rachael Swann dance school round the corner, I thought I’d pop in to AutoCare and ask if they had the necessary tools to reach it. The guy I spoke to was not only very welcoming, but was happy to stop what he was doing and have a look. Five minutes later, he’d got his tools, and got the fuse out. The replacement fuse Halfords sold me was wrong but not to worry, he went into the office and found the right one and fitted it. In and out within 5 minutes, with great customer services. He wouldn’t even accept any payment for the job despite my offer. Great guys, knowledgable, friendly, and will be returning even though I’m not that local.

   Been using autocare centre for the last 10 years or so for mot and servicing and aways find their work to a high standard. Always notified of any costs before any work is carried out and staff are friendly and welcoming. I find their prices very competative and always feel looked after.

   Have used this garage for years without problems, however they have lied to me regarding work recently carried out. Unfortunately I will not be using their services again. This concerns a mitsubishi colt gear selector repair, reception are aware of my complaint and the reasons for it.

   Spent 3 days trying to fix my smart car. Diagnostic done and cost me £40 before even starting. Then the part had to be ordered in... then the garage couldn't fix my car due to them not having the blueprint of the car, then them saying they could get it at a cost to me but couldn't tell me when they would get it. Complete waste of time. Ended up taking my car back to the manufacturer where they know the car. Ended up paying more but if it means getting the job done right then I guess it's worth it.
