BSmart was recommended to me by a friend, so I can only pass on this good deed by doing the same because, honestly, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else - the service and speediness (no "Drop your car off at 8am, it'll be ready in a gazillion hours") is excellent. 11/10!
I am delighted to see that the work has finally been finished after 2–3 visits and the delays in communication with warranty company. Although I was in a hurry to get to work, I was relieved that the delay was only seven minutes. I truly appreciate the effort of the team who worked hard to complete the job on my car and have it ready by 12:36 pm on that day when I need it urgently to reach in time to my workplace.. BSmart have looked after all my cars for the last 15 years or so. MOTs, servicing, tyres, wheel balancing, repairs etc. Really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The owners are car enthusiasts are don’t just plug in a machine and charge you unnecessary costs. Very trustworthy and they really care about their customers. They’ve always gone the extra mile and even though I don’t live nearby I’ll always take my car to them.
Brilliant service at BSmart for my car. After many attempts at different prestigious garages, unsuccessful attempts, they were the only ones who managed to do 4 wheel alignment in a fairly short time
This garage has MOTd a car with no advisories. Two weeks later, the car is examined elsewhere and find major faults wrong with it which should have failed an MOT. This is from another independent garage who also MOT vehicle's. I would keep away from this place!

Took my car in for MOT and Major service, it was all done in a short time, the reason for the 3 star review is that the quote for new disks and brakes was more then the dealership would have charged both on parts and labour. also a bit steep on tyres too Having bought and had the fitting of the various parts ells where for £200 or so less than Bsmart we booked it to be retested, there was the expected retest charge of £25 due to not buying the parts from them but they could get us in next day so great cannot complain there, we got the car back within 2 hours with a full pass no advisories at all which is great,,, apart from on the original fail certificate it said the front brakes are waring thin but we only got the back brake and disks replaced so now I'm wondering if they were just making money on parts or if the retest person was too lazy to look at all the brakes
Brilliant service at BSmart for my car’s MOT. Third year using their services and I can’t fault them. Special thanks to the lovely receptionist for looking after me and my baby while the MOT was being performed. 5 * garage, 100% recommended.
