Bought a air bag kit with front and rear springs. Bolted straight in everything was supplied Front springs already built up so didn't have to worry about compressing springs (always worrys me do that and im a hgv mechanic) Fast delivery very helpful when I had a question before ordering would recommend milner and will continue to use milner for my ford ranger thank for all your hard work.
Wish I knew this place existed ages ago! Can get so much stuff for my ranger/bt50 that cant get anywhere else! Even stuff as obscure as a gear stick plastic bushing! Also fast delivery, great prices and fast delivery.
So so so impressed with this company!!!! While having a puncture repaired on my truck I noticed the coil spring had snapped Quick Google and Milner off road came up. I gave them a call and spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed the parts and they had the stock. I did stress I need these urgently. I placed the order around 15:00 expecting them to be here in a few days but to my surprise 07:38 the next morning DPD delivered them. Extremely professional and friendly company who I will certainly be using for all my spares and replacements parts ( it’s a Ford Ranger so 100% will be a monthly thing) Thanks guys!!!!
Just got off the phone with Nicky. What a fantastic customer experience. The bolts I've spent the last 2 days trying to source, didn't appear on their system. She suggested I tried to get a diagram from Mitsubishi to identify the bolts so i got onto that as soon as I was off the phone. Within a minute, Nicky had done what she suggested I do and e-mailed me the diagram and identified the parts that the internet is doing it's best to hide. Parts now on way. An enormous thanks to Nicky for going above and beyond on this. I hope her employers realise what an asset she is to the company.
Always get my bits online everything comes quickly, recently had a couple small items missing from a parcel, which was resolved instantly and sent out the next day. Great company
First class service. Ordered Tuesday - arrived Wednesday. Spoke to Silica and she was so helpful making sure the parts where correct for my vehicle.
Never visited, only mail order. Never had a real issue, if something happens they are always quick to sort it. Had cylinder heads, crankshafts etc from them and all still going strong.
