   We moved house two weeks ago and while waiting around in town for the keys I managed to drain my car battery. Imagine how stressed, having just picked up keys to a new house finding myself stuck in Chesterfield with a car that wouldn't start. I called around a number of garages to ask for help and Auto Inspire were the only people who listened and came to my rescue. Having explained my situation to them, Dave called me back to see how he could help. I was so happy when he said he would set off immediately to see if he could get my battery charged up. After a few minutes, Dave was in the town centre and without any delay popped the bonnet and got my car started. It was a simple fix and didn't take long. However when asked how much I needed to pay, Dave said no charge! I had fully expected some kind of call out fee as I'd not been a customer before and was quite desperate for help. I think he appreciated I'd had a stressful day! I was so grateful for the help and being able to get over to the new house. I will be sure to book my car in for service and repairs in future.    Second time i have used Auto-Inspire. I arranged to have the cabin heater matrix back flushed as very little cabin heat after a previous engine problem on my Subaru Tribeca. Took the car in at 8.15 a week ago and collected at 14.00 the same day- £40 cheaper than i was quoted and job completed - a nice warm heater in the car now. What's not to like - efficient service. thanks

   I honestly could not be any happier with the service from Tom and the team. I have a work van that we rely on to keep the business running smoothly. After months of technical issues with another garage we went to Tom and within 2 days they had us up and running perfectly. They also noticed that the garage we had been to previously failed to perform the MOT. It actually expired while the other garage had our van. Meaning we had been driving around for 2 months in a faulty van without an MOT (illegal). Because we had spent so much money else where and requested the MOT we just assumed it was done. Thankfully Tom not only got us up and running once again but he also sorted the MOT in rapid time for us. I will always from now on use Auto Inspire for all our mechanical requirements. Thank you so much to Tom and the team. Super happy to be safely mobile again.

   Wanted to get4 new glow plug was done the same day. And also order me a new handle for my door on my seat when I was on why home had a problem with the car losing power and engine management light come on I let them no after hrs just said to take it back down in the morning wot I did and I could not believe how fast it was all sorted. Doffo be useing them again and will be recommending to everyone. Thanks again
