“Ive used this Halfords twice in the last year. The first time my late father in law van had a timing belt issue and whilst we figured out as a family what we were doing Halfords were very patient and allowed the vehicle to stay on site due to it being inoperable, they also cut in half the diagnostic charge as they were unable to fix. Secondly took my own car down for a diagnostic, given reasonable information and advice but not charged as could not be specific for the cause. Appreciated that. Staff are friendly and understanding. “Life savers! My tire burst (thankfully right outside the shop) They were 5 mins from closing, however still saved the day! They welcomed me with a friendly approach, and got the job done when they could have easily said no due to it almost being home time. They had my tire size in stock and fitted it within 10 minutes, at almost half the price I was quoted from the garage next door.
