The technician made a pre check of my tyres and then gave me well reasoned advice. The tyres were replaced within the time frame they mentioned. The technicians were very helpful and pleasant throughout.
Had our cars MOT (Tesla Model 3) done here this morning - have to say great service, on time, nice friendly guys - very happy. We also had tyres a few weeks back and again great service, excellent price on the tyres we wanted. Fitted on time with no issues. Thank you ATS Chesterfield, we’ll be back and we highly recommend

The process of ordering an MOT online was very straightforward; but I would have liked the ability to request a tyre valve replacement at the same (which I couldn't see how to do). After I booked my MOT I had to phone the centre and ask if they could do it after the MOT. The centre was very accommodating and agreed they could do the work, but it would have been nice if I could have avoided the phone call. A minor point really. I was extremely satisfied otherwise.
I went here to get my tracking done I found the staff to be welcoming and happy to listen and give advice.
Poor dangerous service. the boy took his car in for new tyres they left the rear wheel loose, finger tight i have just had to tighten all the wheels after entrusting ATS both the technician and the QC controller failed the basis test. Never be using ATS again. My order number was 1800136 to prove i'm a customer
Interim service done on vehicle today, they left the coolant cap off after top up, this lead to the pressurised system ejecting all of the coolant, leaving me stranded and waiting for the RAC (who comfirmed this as the cause), I'll also lose a days work tomorrow due to the vehicle needing to have the coolant changed as RAC had to use water to get me home. If I could give zero stars I would, this is the most basic thing to have checked and could've caused serious damage to the vehicle, definitely avoid!
