   Went for MOT, they found issues (now I'm not sure they ever existed), and then made the changes/repairs. Afterwards the car was pulling a lot to one side, so I took it back. After 'fixing' the issue the car was pulling even more to the side so I had to go back yet again. They showed me some paper with results to try to convince me that it shouldn't be pulling to the side... Eventually it was fixed but lots of time wasted.

   Went to these guys needing an urgent pucture repair a few months back and they gave me a next day appointment, repaired the tyre while I waited, and the repair has held since. I contacted them again the other day on the 23rd of December at 4pm after realising my front tyre treads were extremely worn asking if they could fit me in, they told me to go straight down and by 5pm I was home with two new tyres. The service from these guys is second to none.

   I went there for to change my tyres, the appointment was 9am. When I got there they said the appointment only for drop off the car and they can start working on it at 12am. I never heard that before and they was quite rude too anyway, I came back at 12 and they did change the tyres, but I had to called them on the next day because my steering wheel was shaked on the motorway, they didn't do the balancing or did it but incorrectly. My wife took the car back and they told her they will not touch the car until she change something in the suspension of course for extra money. The car didn't shaked before is a fact! I had to go to a different garages and guess what after the balancing the car stopped shaking! I'm not recommend this garage at all. We paid for the tyre change and the balancing and in the end we had to pay someone else again to do it properly!

   Called in this evening with a puncture that kept going down when driving home from work needing multiple pit stops for air. The team took the wheel off, identified fault and deemed tyre un-repairable - they didn’t have a tyre in stock due to the time but kindly did a temporary repair to get me home which it did. Really appreciated the support guys

   Had a sudden failure of my wiper blade system whilst on the motorway during the storm. Managed to limp my way here and the chaps were nothing short of amazing. Friendly, helpful and really informative. Quickly worked out the problem, talked me through everything that had happened and what needed to be done. Managed to order the parts and fit them in 2 and half hours, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much.

   4 new tyres £1k..when finished fitting after 2.5 hours they could not do the wheel alignment because they were 22 inch tyres.!!! Really..... So was sent to there newer branch... my cream leather drivers seat was covered in oil residue and so was the inner door handle... one of the dust caps was lost and replaced with a cheapo plastic one.... when I checked the pressures they were all different.... one was 12 pounds over. So if you care about your car don't take it here.... if you don't care about your car ...then fine because neither will they... the other outlet Sheffield Rd were very good... the manager sorted the leather and was very helpful... so my advice would be skip straight to the newer premises who do use seat covers and can do the wheel alignment.

   The overall experience was fine tyres seem fine but on closer inspection there is damage to my alloy wheels obviously I didn't check when I got car back didn't check until later and obviously when I go back now I've noticed obviously I'm gonna get the whole "they were like that before mate" so when you take your car down get the tyre fitter over to you car and show him there is no damage and maybe take a picture because now I'm gonna have to have my wheels sorted because it's a 6 inch scrape in 2 places on both wheels. And if your reading this formula 1 no it's not curb rash as can be seen on photos
