Big shoutout to all the staff working this morning at Clarks on Boxing Day! They had high energy and oozed first class customer service, which is incredible for the day after Christmas. Well done to them for keeping such high spirits on what is sure to be a very busy day. I am £100 poorer but 100% satisfied!
I brought a pair of Clarks on the 1/5/25. Jowayne gave outstanding service during my visit to Clarks. He was knowledgeable and genuinely attentive. Making sure I found the perfect fit and suggesting insoles which I wouldn’t have even thought about. His advice was so helpful as the shoe I wanted did not do half sizes. He made the whole experience smooth and stress free. His friendly and professional manner really stood out. A true asset to the store! I went home happy and love the new Clarks!
We took our daughter for her first pair of shoes on the weekend. We had a wonderful experience. I do have to say that the employees are super friendly and actually very helpful and caring. The employee who helped me And Served me her name was Guenda she's a very lovely and a very kind person. Thank you very much Guenda for helping me and serving me. If any of you need or want to buy shoes go that store because the employees are very friendly, helpful and caring.
The staff very polite patient professional. They always understand my needs and there always different range of shoes. Depends how much you ready to spend. Very happy with model I bought.
