Needed a second opinion after being told by Kwik Fit that the issue would cost ~£600 to fix. This garage found that I didn’t need to change the catalytic converter and instead just needed new spark plugs. Spent a fraction of the cost and the service was friendly and quick. Would definitely return for future issues!

I have been to many garages and this was the worst service I have seen. The communication was terrible and they carried out repairs that was not mentioned or authorised. I briefly agreed on a price for some work which I authorised but then they did additional work and didn’t inform me, but also they did NOT complete the work I originally authorised and agreed with the garage. Myself has worked in a garage for many years so I have knowledge as a mechanic so when I asked to see the old parts for proof on why they was replaced, they could not show me and they told me they was put in the bin. For a customer, this is disgusting behaviour, because you need to know what you are paying for but instead I was told to pay for the bill without any details and proof for the additional work. Now this is where they got me, because some of the brakes was replaced without my consent and they put my old ones in the bin so I had no choice but to pay this bill because removing them would make this car unusable to drive home. I will taking this up with a solicitor and will be notifying Trading standards..
