   Usual efficient service from premier inn. Easy to find. Breakfast excellent as usual. Mottram wood pub , good good , excellent value carvery. Very convenient location for manchester abd peaks. There is a large tesco close and also macdonalds. Not an attractive premier inn but great for a few nights.

   Great staff and lovely and clean rooms. Pub that does Carvery and breakfast etc right next door. The beds are huge and really comfortable. We used to live pretty locally to here and although it's listed as Hyde it's actually Hattersley. Has mcdonald's and Tesco very close as well.

   Easily accessible, Great Rooms always clean and really hot showers.. great friendly staff and a pub restaurant next door.. plus fast food and a supermarket opposite if you need any bits and bobs..

   Beautifully kept rooms . Staff were amazing in sorting a room to suit my needs. The ancillary staff were friendly and polite. We shall be using this chain again on our travels and when visiting family in the area will be our choice.

   Ok, would stay again at a push. Although room smelled of smoke, locals are a bit ‘special’ but the staff on reception are brilliant, friendly and charming, they added 2 stars to what would of been one.

   We have stayed at this PI regularly for about 15 years so that we can visit family. Even though team members have changed, it is still staffed by a great team of friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Thank you all! However, over the last couple of years, a very clear and "uncomfortable" demarcation has evolved between this PI and the associated restaurant. The restaurant has extremely rigid rules for eating times etc. and enforces them in a forthright manner... it makes the whole hotel experience unpleasant. We prefer to eat at the great Café in Tesco, a short walk away. The staff are really lovely and the food is good - far less stressful.

   Such a warm welcome from Joanna front of house served to overcome our dislike of this premier inn location. It's on a busy roundabout with access from only one side. Our room smelt a little damp and stale and dispite double glazing the road we faced was a bit noisy. There's a pub and a McDonald's close by but the McDonald's had no cold drinks, never had this before, and was full of baying kids running around. Cars were queuing for the McDonald's drive through making access to the hotel difficult. Not a location to wonder around and some distance from the airport. Won't stay here again.

   Wow. Well I mean the price of the room was fab, the reception staff was so polite hats off to her but my goodness me. Even with the power fan currently just waking up well I say waking up haven't really been to sleep properly as it's been absolutely sweltering all night. The temp control in the room which clearly states is not an a/c says the temp in here currently is 29 degrees. We have had the fan on all night and it's chucking down with rain outside. I dread to think what it was like in the heatwave it was almost unbearable last night
