Well Well, what can I say this place was absolutely fantastic, made me well aware of what was going to happen and put me into the right place now they couldn't remove my molar due to it needing to be surgical removed by bhandal in cradley but I totally understand has they don't want it to cause further problems for me, they also made me feel welcomed and calm so please don't let it out you off they are here to help you remember that! I did get a cleanse and in all fairness they did give me the option if i want it which i did agree to and again they feel absolutely amazing, now i read a lot reviews about the receptionist not answering the calls but while i was for about 20 minutes that phone must off gone off about 6 times and everytime it rang they answered so don't listen to the other reviews, but yeah thank you for the service and the works.

Had two teeth extracted four days ago. Was put at ease before and during the procedure. Experienced some minor discomfort post-extraction. Sites are healing very well, and no longer in pain or experiencing any discomfort. Very pleased with service!

I was informed that a longer appointment would be necessary, which I completely understand. However, when I arrived for my next appointment, I learned I had been scheduled for a shorter time slot. I felt a bit uncomfortable, as it seemed implied that this was my oversight. The dentist, a gentleman of Asian descent, came across as somewhat condescending during the visit. I believe that the patient service could be improved. Therefore, I have decided that I will not be returning.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Briars Dental Practice, which I feel compelled to share to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. My 18-year-old son has been waiting for almost two years to have his braces fitted. following several appointments we finally reached the day he was due to get his braces. However, when the time came, the dentist suddenly refused to go ahead with the treatment. The reason? The dentist claimed my son might faint during the fittingβsimply because I, as a mother, expressed concerns about how he might react to the procedure. Despite my son being healthy and fully ready for the treatment, the dentist took my worries out of context, and instead of addressing them professionally, he denied my son the treatment he has been waiting for. I pleaded with the dentist and even called to beg when we got back home. I was told, "Take your time!" and that he would refer my son to a care centre for what seemed like a completely unnecessary medical assessment. The referral would mean even more waiting, and we have heard nothing since October 2024. Itβs incredibly disheartening to see that a dentist, who should have the skills and professionalism to handle situations like this, chose to dismiss my son's treatment without even trying to work with us. My son is now struggling with depression and anxiety because of this delay. He had been counting down the days for this treatment, and now, heβs stuck in limboβonce again denied the care he needs. I would never recommend Briars Dental Practice. Itβs clear to me that they lack the professional understanding needed to treat patients in a compassionate and competent manner. No one should have to go through what we have endured, and Iβm deeply disappointed in the way my son was treated. If youβre looking for a dental practice that genuinely cares for its patients, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Used here for a while and always been happy. Until now. Called to make appointment for filling and start partial denture. Waited 3 weeks and could only have filling. Waited another 3 weeks to be told my appointment was too late in day, even though I double checked with male receptionist. No call beforehand. They squeezed me in following week. Again I arrived to be told they weren't doing it, I was only there for emergency treatment. That had been dealt with 4 weeks previously. Then told me because of way appointments were it would take 2-3 months. I've already waited 7 weeks. I decided to go elsewhere but already paid some money in advance. Will get a refund on that but I'm going to have to wait for head office to sort it. All in all a 4-5 month wait for a partial denture.

Briars has been my dental practice for (at least) 30+years. First return visit since Covid came along 2 years ago and first visit to a new dentist - Olga. She is very professional, explains everything and her manner very calming. I will continue to recommend this practice.

Iβve been going to this dentist for around 20 years. Wouldnβt go anywhere else. Dentist Whaleed is absolutely fantastic, he goes above and beyond. Better than private ones Iβve been too. Definitely recommend and great scale and polish!

Briars dental have always provided A star service and today wasnβt any exception. I visited Doctor Sanket Gaikwad with his lovely nurse Megan Hardy. Even staff at the reception are always very welcoming and warm. I do be nervous as most people feel when visiting the dentist. However, I was immediately made to feel at ease. They were very reassuring, kind and attentive to my needs, I have come out feeling so happy and pain free. Thank you all.
